Many people may be feeling more sensitive, more reflective, or simply aware that something within them is shifting.
Periods like these often remind us that true transformation is rarely loud. It unfolds through subtle realizations, meaningful conversations, changes in our nervous system, and those moments when we suddenly recognize that we no longer see life in quite the same way. Sometimes the greatest shift is not what happens around us, but what begins changing within us.

We are going through a huge star portal of ascension, where the chaff is being separated from corn.
