Over the weekend we experienced one of the more significant periods of geomagnetic activity for some time. Periods such as these often coincide with feeling unusually tired, emotional, reflective or mentally foggy. One of the questions I am asked more than almost any other is, “Why do I become so incredibly tired during these larger energetic periods?”
