21 October : Transitions and Changes
We are in the end phases of Spring here down south, enjoying the softness of Spring but gearing up for the heat of summer! Actually we only really had about 3 weeks of Spring, between a long cold and rainy winter and a promised very early and hot summer. So I enjoyed these epiphany moments : a black heron in the long grasses outside my local shopping mall, and a bowl of beautiful roses gifted to me by my neighbor from her garden!
Just as the seasons are in transition, so also we, and the planet itself, are in a powerful period of transition.
We are in the between Eclipse Corridor, exactly half way between the Solar eclipse, and the upcoming Lunar Eclipse.
I can feel the energy rising, and now more than ever, we need to stay centered and poised and calm.
As Cosmic dancers we need to remember our “dance steps” in our daily practice of Gratitude, Love and Peace.
The softness of the Divine Feminine is everywhere if you are aware and know how to feel Her presence.

There are big shifts happening within the grids and we are being prepared for another massive influx of light. This influx of light is not only coming from outside of our planet, but also from the inner sun residing in the core of the Earth I have been shown.
We are creating the three wave energy field which was always intended for this Earth. It goes From up, to down, and it moves in to golden threads all through Earth like roots.

‘Magnetic’ is the name for the number one and today is the very first day of a whole new Tzolkin cycle. New beginnings start here. Whether you want to change your life or start a new project, this is a great day to proclaim your intentions to succeed. The key words associated with number one are ‘Attract, Unify and Purpose’. On number one days we can feel compelled to find a purpose. Once this purpose is identified we can then proceed to ‘Attract’ what we need to follow the task through to completion. For smaller projects/ideas a wavespell can prove to be a useful tool. Start out on day one with the promise to yourself you will complete by the last day. For bigger things, you can use the whole Tzolkin cycle in the same way – so if you want, you can use today to find a purpose that will motivate you enough that you’ll see it through to the end.

In this first lesson of my series of the Lineage of the Eagle and the Condor Meditation Teacher Training Program I explain how to open Sacred Space and prepare for each meditation class/ session you have with your students/ initiates.
We practice morality and compassion in our Lineage while maintaining healthy boundaries. I also teach the lesson of the exchange of energy and some of the challenges one may face on this journey.
