Quantum Financial System: The Liberation of Humanity from the Cabal’s Debt-Money System?

The quantum financial system has been running parallel to the central banks’ SWIFT system since 2018. Because of this, as I wrote above, it was possible that all of the Cabal’s shady dealings could be exposed and shut down.

On August 2, 2020, it was tested for functionality on its own. All the banks in the world were called to make sure it worked. The test was successful and since then QFS is up and running at 80 percent, SWIFT at just 20 percent.

You could say because many international transfers were posted faster. On day X, QFS will replace the current SWIFT system. Anyone who has a SWIFT account at a bank will automatically have a QFS account.

So most people won’t notice it at first. When we talk about central banking and fiat money, we’re talking about the debt slavery system that we all want to break free from. And it will happen.

Logically speaking, the balances on all the accounts in the world are many times smaller than the debts on all the accounts in the world. So what would the Elders save, for example, if they also set the credit accounts to zero? Peanuts, only peanuts.

Iraqi Dinar: IBBC PUBLISHES IMPORTANT NEW PAPER ON IRAQ’S DE-DOLLARIZATION

Professor Frank Gunter publishes a new paper commissioned as part of a series by the IBBC advisory board on the challenges of de-dollarization for Iraq.

Advisory Board members and IBBC members have been actively contributing to the paper over the past 4 months. It will be presented online on June 18th in a webinar and in person at the Spring Conference on July 2nd. The Arabic translation will be published soon.

Previous consultative papers include 2020, ‘Iraq 2020: Country at the Crossroads’, ‘Corruption Worse than ISIS: Causes and Cures for Iraqi Corruption’, ‘Iraq’s Ports and Airports: Rules Versus Infrastructure’ and ‘Privatization of State-Owned Enterprises’.

Professor Gunter provides an analysis of the drivers impacting the dinar exchange rate and examines how best to address the parallel dinar-to-dollar market. He outlines practical policy initiatives that should reduce the gap between the official and parallel exchange rates in the medium term.

In particular, he commends the Iraqi government for its commitment to fighting corruption and modernizing the banking system in one fell swoop, but warns of pressure on the dinar exchange rate as budgets are stretched and new bank beneficiaries (state-owned banks) receive the liquidity to allow the economy to function.

He writes ‘All three of these forces – the anti-corruption drive, banking liberalization, and the lavish 2023-2025 budget – will create challenges for the management of the dinar’s exchange rate. One could argue that over the past two decades, the Government of Iraq (GoI) has had little control over its exchange rate; that exchange rate policy has been determined by other sectors of the political economy in Iraq.

But even if this is true, many Iraqis and foreigners believe that the level of the exchange rate and changes in that level provide valuable information about the quality of economic management in Iraq.

This importance is exemplified by the current efforts to de-dollarize the Iraqi economy while there is excess demand for dollars. This excess demand is demonstrated by a parallel exchange rate of about 1,500 dinars per dollar, compared with the official exchange rate of 1,310 dinars per dollar.

A major cause of this exchange rate disparity is that the Government of Indonesia, with strong encouragement from the US Federal Reserve, is seeking to reduce the use of the US dollar in both Iraq’s domestic economy and its external transactions. Since 2003, the US dollar has facilitated economic growth in Iraq by providing a widely accepted medium of exchange for purchases as well as a reliable store of value for savings. In the long term, whether de-dollarisation will have a significant adverse impact on Iraq’s economy will depend on how quickly the Government of India can increase both the efficiency of alternative media of exchange and the perceived security of alternative stores of value.’

To boost foreign investment, Iraq signs the

In a historic move to attract foreign investors to Iraq, the country celebrated the signing of the United Nations Convention on International Settlements Resulting from Mediation (“Singapore Convention”).

Under the patronage of His Excellency Prime Minister Mohammed Shia Al-Sudani, the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and the National Investment Commission (NIC) of Iraq today [Wednesday, 26 June, 2024] organized a high-level conference on mediation.

Creating an environment for global investors

Opening the conference on behalf of His Excellency Prime Minister Mohammed Shia` Al-Sudani, Adviser to the Prime Minister Nasser Saleh Abdulnabi Al-Asadi reiterated the government’s unwavering focus on foreign investment.

“We are steadfast in our progressive reforms, striving to transform Iraq into a safe and inviting investment destination. Iraq’s accession to the Singapore Convention is a significant milestone, strengthening our efforts to build a robust business sector. We will continue our efforts to boost investment, combat corruption and create employment opportunities for our youth,” he said.

On 17 April 2024, Iraq took a significant step by signing the Singapore Convention, as the Convention facilitates the implementation of mediated settlement agreements, paving the way for enhanced international trade and commerce between countries.

“Iraq is ready to strengthen its collaboration with countries around the world to foster investment, as well as diversify and increase its trade, and the Convention is an important tool for us to operationalize this,” said Dr. Hayder Makiya [Makiyya], Chairman of the National Investment Commission.

Iraq enters its new chapter

The conference, generously supported by the European Union, was attended by the European Union Ambassador to Iraq, Thomas Seiler.

“We are working closely with the Government and UNDP to support the Government’s ambition to make Iraq a safe and attractive destination for foreign investment, including from the 27 EU Member States. Effective mediation opens a new door for Iraq’s international trade and business.”

Through its European Union-funded anti-corruption and commercial dispute resolution initiatives, UNDP has also worked with Iraqi universities to develop the capabilities of law students in commercial dispute resolution, including mediation.

“With the signing of the Singapore Convention, Iraq is committed to transforming the landscape of cross-border commercial dispute resolution, which will have a significant impact on businesses engaged in international trade and commerce. We will continue to support the Government in legislating and building the institutional and human capacity needed to make mediation work,” said Auke Lootsma, UNDP Resident Representative.

The hope is that Iraq’s signing of the Singapore Convention will be the crucial start the country needs to attract and instill confidence in investors looking to do business there – creating a climate that is conducive and safe for foreign investment.

About the Singapore Convention

The Singapore Convention is a multilateral treaty that provides a uniform and efficient framework for the enforcement of international agreements resulting from mediation. It applies to agreements entered into by parties to resolve commercial disputes and facilitates international trade by allowing for the smooth cross-border enforcement of such agreements. As of 11 June 2024, the Convention has 57 signatories and 14 parties. Iraq is the most recent signatory to the Convention.

About the UNDP Trade Dispute Resolution Initiative

To create an inclusive investor ecosystem and boost foreign investment, UNDP is strengthening commercial dispute resolution legislation and practices in Iraq. In addition to mediation support, the initiative includes technical support for the drafting of a new arbitration law in line with the UNCITRAL Model Law on International Commercial Arbitration and international best practices. DRAGON BOND: What it means, how it works

What is a Dragon Bond?

A Dragon Bond is a long-term debt security issued by companies operating in Asian countries (excluding Japan) but denominated in stable foreign currencies such as the US dollar (USD) or the Japanese yen (JPY).

Dragon bonds are Asian corporate bonds, excluding Japan, but denominated in foreign currency.

Dragon bonds are denominated in currencies considered more stable than the domestic currency to help mitigate foreign exchange risk.

Dragon bonds, introduced by the Asian Development Bank (ADB) in 1991, are analogous to Eurobonds issued by European corporations in foreign currencies.

Understanding Dragon Bonds

A dragon bond is a fixed-income security denominated in currencies that are considered more stable than the domestic currency; it is seen as more attractive to foreign investors as a result. The rationale for structuring them to be as attractive as possible to investors outside of Asia is because they mitigate the currency risk that can impact returns as currency values fluctuate. Dragon bonds are similar to Eurobonds in that they are denominated in foreign currencies that are liquid and stable, but in the Asian context rather than Europe.

Dragon bonds were first introduced in 1991 by the Asian Development Bank (ADB). Because of their foreign denomination, these bonds can be more complex than other bonds due to international differences in taxation, regulatory compliance issues faced by companies issuing them, and limited liquidity in secondary market trading.

Dragon Bonds and Currency Risk

Dragon bonds were created to expand the fixed-income securities market in Asia and develop more active Asian financial markets. Although Asian companies issued bonds in local currencies, they appealed primarily to domestic investors who had limited access to capital. Foreign investors were often reluctant to buy bonds dominated by currencies that could fluctuate rapidly. Currencies such as the US dollar and the Japanese yen were considered stable enough for asset accumulation.

For example, an Indonesian company might issue a 20-year bond denominated in Indonesian rupiah (IDR) with a coupon rate of 4% paid annually. If the U.S. dollar-Indonesian rupiah (USD/IDR) were 10,000 rupiah to one U.S. dollar, then a 100 million rupiah bond would be worth $10,000. Each 4 million rupiah interest payment would be worth $400 at the time the bond was issued.

For an Indonesian investor, an investment of Rp100 million would pay Rp4 million per year in return on capital after 20 years. But for an investor buying such a bond with U.S. dollars, an unfavorable movement between the relative values of the two currencies could create additional risk.

If the exchange rate were to change from IDR 10,000/USD 1 to IDR 11,000/USD 1 next year, then the first coupon payment of Rp 4 million would be worth only about $364 instead of the $400 expected when the bond was first issued. The Rp 100 million face value of the bond would be worth about $9,091. And if the prevailing interest rate were to rise, the value of the bond would be even lower.

However, a USD-denominated dragon bond, while still subject to interest rate risk, would not be subject to currency risk.
