On Sunday, April 20th, there is a lot going on, with the first part of the day being more positive, productive and favorable. However, the strongest aspect occurs later, and is between two masculine energies. The Sun, ruler of our life force, in stubborn Taurus is challenging Mars, the Warrior, in authoritative Leo. Both Taurus and Leo are “Fixed” signs, meaning they do not like change, and do not want to give in their stance. By this time, the Moon, ruler of our instincts, has shifted from goal-oriented Capricorn to inflexible Aquarius, and will also challenge Mars, planet of action, the Sun, ruler of the ego, and then Pluto, planet of power and control.

The Moon rules our emotional nature and in Aquarius can be intuitive, innovative and humanitarian in nature. However, the connections she makes to Mars, Sun and Pluto are challenging and, instead, she may be erratic, unpredictable and irrational.
