Full Moon in Cancer and X Class Solar Flare
The first Full Moon of the year is accompanied by the first X Class Solar flare of the year.
That means that the energies are truly sizzling right now.
I have felt really spaced and a bit weird/wired today as the Solar Codes and Lunar Codes swirl around us.
Full Moon in Cancer is a powerful Feminine energy with focus on home and relationships. And this means the Earth as our home and our relationships with the One Human family. We are feeling into our role as the New Earth Human Family of Light.
The Sun is in Capricorn, where Pluto is still influencing change, but very soon Pluto will move into Aquarius and begin opening out new energies for the new Aquarian communities of Light that will begin to emerge this year.
And Jupiter in Aries is pushing us to expand our sense of who we are and what we can do and create.

The recent influx of Light provided by the X class solar flare was directed toward the Heart Space, more so to Activate the Heart Chakra in new Ones on Their Ascension Path. The deep heaviness felt by some in the Heart Chakra with Their Merkaba already Activated, was an indicator of what was transpiring with Those whose Heart Chakras were beginning to open. The Heavy feeling is the sensation that comes prior to these current Heart Chakra Activations and is to incentivize One into choice and action in Higher Divine Alignment. Some must go deeper into the pain, a descension, prior to the Ascension phase, without the pain catalyst, there is no incentive to move forward for some, so it is Divinely assured and administered.
On the other side of the most recent flu like Ascension symptoms, comes more of an introduction state of neutrality from which You are more efficient to Create from. This sensation will have You feeling and experiencing two very different distinct reality states. While it looks like the old reality, the feeling inside is a heightened state of at least neutral observation, and it is from this state of Being, that You are more effective in Your manifestation/Creator ability. These Ones that have recently experienced this heightened state after the flu like Ascension symptoms, will also begin to come into greater states of Unity which involves bonding and communication, to strengthen the Ground Crew Networks. FULL MOON ENERGIES AND THE START OF THE 2023 TIMELINES
Dear friends, welcome to the first Full Moon of the year, the energies are coming down heavily as we end this week. Today marks the climax of this Full Moon in Cancer, but its light codes will be affecting us throughout the weekend. On top of this, in the last 12 hours we had a big X class solar flare erupting in our Sun. Those of you who are energy sensitive probably had a “strange” night/day, with nervous system/head and heat/cold issues. It seems that both, our Sun and Moon, the masculine and feminine energies, are giving us a big send off and getting us ready for this new year.
This first full moon is particularly important, we are leaving behind the 2022 vibrations and fully entering into the new 2023 timelines. Tonight, we are stepping into the energies of the number 7, associated with wisdom, investigation, research, analysis, logic, reflection, introspection, and spirituality. This 7 energy will be with us until the end of the year.
In general, Full moons are by nature a time when we are usually immersed in intense emotions, and when the moon is full in the sign it rules, nurturing, compassionate, and sensitive Cancer, we have the opportunity to get even more intimately in tune with our inner world and emotional issues. It is possible that today and during the weekend our physical bodies will feel a bit lethargic and just wanting to relax our overloaded nervous system. This is a normal symptom when adjusting to this new shift in frequencies, specially under such an emotional full moon.
These full moon energies are asking us to just flow, breath, and simply be with ourselves and our own feelings. DIVING DEEP FOR THE FULL MOON IN CANCER, JANUARY 6TH, 2023
Today we welcome in the deep emotional energies of the Full Moon in Cancer, which is also referred to as the Wolf Moon.
Like a soothing mother, the Cancer Moon holds us in place, rocks us to sleep, and reminds us that there is always a tomorrow to look forward to. We don’t have to figure it all out at once, nor do we have to limit our potential for reaching every goal we have set for ourselves for the 2023 year!

We are invited to dive deep into our heart space where the answers which are rooted in love are buried. This love, compassion, empathy, and gentleness will soften us where we are rough around the edges. Capricorn energy is influential here, and we may see a bit of a stand off between dreamy idealism, and rigid attitudes. But that doesn’t have to be a negative. In fact, this is a fantastic opportunity to recognize through a lens of critical thinking, how we haven’t been setting the bar high enough for the way we do things, or treat others. We can expect more from ourselves to do better, and carry healthier perspectives about life’s challenges.
We’ve been trying to understand why things have happened the way they have, so we can figure out what to do about it. The people we’ve loved and lost, the people we have yet to meet whom we’ll love until the end of time, and people we have tried to forgive but have struggled with, are all being brought to our attention.
The energies of this Full Moon will likely drudge up our emotional vulnerabilities and shortcomings so we can transmute them. We will be forced to face our ideas of victimhood, and better understand the positions and perspectives of others whom we have deemed to be the villains of our life stories. Sometimes we need someone to blame in order to compartmentalize trauma. Sometimes we have to point fingers in order to feel vindicated by the tragedies of life. Yet, the truth is, sometimes there is nobody to blame. Sometimes bad things happen to good people and there is nothing we can do about it except figure out how to heal and move forward. This is where we get to reshape the memory of our experiences and recognize our own part in our suffering. People are not who they were. And neither are we. We are all the wiser, and have understanding we didn’t have before. This is all part of emotional elevation in which we get to rise into our best selves. As we elevate, new love and profound deep connections can come in.
During this Full Moon in Cancer, we will be faced with outgrowing traits of codependency and assigning other people the task of fixing all of our broken pieces. We have to remember that other people are not our glue. They are not factories sent to refurbish us, anymore than we are a factory to refurbish them. People who come and go from our lives, who are inconsistent and ghost us when we need them most, are likely to come back around to pull at us again, or vice versa. That cycle is old news though, and needs to be put to bed. We get to redefine what a healthy partnership, friendship, or family relationship should look like. We cannot fall for love bombing as a means to make up for inappropriate actions or behaviors. If someone has shown a lack of self-control, inconsistency, or halfhearted selfishness, the time for tolerance with that is over. We can confidently say no to allowing someone to do that to us.
We are tasked with implementing sanctions on love. It is time to allow only the forms of love that are healthy, consistent, and considerate in our lives. Anything less will not be allowed. Anything less stunts our continued growth, and slows us down in our ascension process. There is no guilt or shame in confronting things for what they are diplomatically, and deciding that this is the end of allowing it to continue.
During this Full Moon we are invited to kill off the parts of ourselves that are afraid to let love in. Fear keeps us hostage to the past. It distorts the idea or perception of what healthy love looks like. Fear keeps us in a withdrawn position, unable to experience the joy, surrender, or giving that love can bring. It keeps us in a fetal position, blocking the healing of our inner wounded child. Love comes in many forms, not just romantic. Love extends to our children through parent child relationships. It extends to our friends, coworkers, and other family. It extends to animals, mother Gaia, and nature. It extends to our Guides in Spirit, and wraps us in gratitude for being offered the opportunity to live this life and grow. Love heals so many wounds but only if we allow it to breathe and be present within us.
We cannot pour from an empty cup, anymore than others can pour from an empty cup to sooth us. We must be fair with other people’s time, generosity, and consideration. And we must also ask that others in our circle do the same for us. This is a teamwork effort, and can be bountiful if we shape it right.
It is time to forgive ourselves, as much as we forgive others. No more negative self-talk, or self-deprecating habits will be allowed. We need to learn how to receive compliments and accept that other people see good in us, that their gestures are genuine, and that there are good people in the world.
This is a perfect Full Moon to create Moon Water for emotional purging and healing. Ways in which we can do that are to fill a jar with filtered or distilled water and set it out during the night to absorb the energies of the Full Moon. River water, ocean water, or fresh water from streams work great too. We can write out a declaration on a piece of parchment including all we wish to release, or need help releasing, and place it inside the water. Be sure to cover the jar so that nothing gets into the water overnight. In the morning when the jar is retrieved, the parchment can be easily broken apart and mashed in the water, so that it can be poured out later to finalize the intention for release. This can be used as a gesture of intention that can help us move past the things we have had difficulty letting go of. This is a perfect Moon to purge the debris we’ve held onto from the 2022 year.
Moon water can also be created from bath water used in ceremony prior to the Full Moon. We can incorporate botanicals, salts, and herbs into bath water to aid the process. Materials like Hibiscus, Orange Peel, Lemon Peel, Lemon Balm, Rose Hips, and Rose petals offer a bright fragrance, while conditioning our skin with Vitamin C. We can also use relaxing botanicals like Lavender and Chamomile flowers to help soothe anxieties. During the bath we can set the intention for emotional healing, asking for trustworthy connections to enter our space, and elevation of consciousness to attain deeper levels of emotional coherence with those we love. Once the bath has been completed, we can collect the water and set it out for the Full Moon. In the morning, the water can be poured out at a designated location or special place to allow the full release of all the energy that accumulated.
For those who want to create gem essences with Moon Water, clear Quartz Crystal is a perfect crystal to work with since it is an amplifier. It will amplify the Moon’s energy, as well as our own, since it is piezoelectric. It emits its own frequencies but can adapt to, mirror, and emit frequencies it encounters, including ones we emit intentionally through prayer and meditation. Rose Quartz, Pink Chalcedony, Aventurine, and Green Jasper can be submerged in water. Other crystals that are great for Heart Chakra healing that cannot get wet can be placed beside the jar of water to absorb the Full Moon light for use later on in ritual or meditation. For a balancing and harmonizing, crystals that cannot get wet can be placed in a bowl of salt or sand, which will transmute any negative energies back into a neutral state, and allow them to be cleansed for use in ritual.
We can use gem essences in sprays, or even work with Smoke from Smudge to cleanse our personal space so that we don’t hang onto the emotions we are trying to purge and release. Being thorough is key.
During this Full Moon we may feel a bit unhinged, weepy, sensitive, and easily triggered. If that’s the case, we just need to be more grounded and focus on cleansing. Crystals we can use to help us on that journey are Smoky Quartz, Lepidolite, Black Mica, Smoky Quartz, Black Jasper, Black Onyx, Green Tourmaline, Black Tourmaline, Jet, Rutilated Quartz, Tourmalinated Quartz, and Obsidian. We can use these crystals in Solar Plexus work, or use them to grid our personal space so it is not vulnerable to EMF radiation from other people or our own projections of lower emotional vibrations.
Take the next few days to tend to your heart, and be mindful of the hearts of others. You’ve come so far! And there’s so much further to go. So be patient with yourself and others. This isn’t a sprint. It’s a marathon. Take your time to do things the right way. It will pay off in the end.

Speaking for myself, the best things that ever happened to me, happened because I threw caution to the wind. It can encourage impulsive behavior and it can bring out your courage too.
