God’s judgements are delivering the verdicts necessary to completely heal from jezebel relationships. LOVE’S MANY FACES WITH THE MOON IN CANCER, AUGUST 22, 2022
The waning crescent Moon has now moved into Watery Cancer, reminding us to take good care of ourselves, nurture what needs attention, and find gentle release of all we’ve struggled to let go of.
In the first several hours of this Cancer Moon, it will be Squared off with three planets; Neptune Retrograde in Pisces, Jupiter Retrograde in Aries, and Mercury in Virgo! Some of us may discover that all of the dreams we thought we were building are crumbling down around us. But this gives way to something much more fitting to come into view. This emotional tower moment will likely strike us while we are sleeping, perhaps provoking strong dreams, tidal waves of emotional release, and a need to find comfort in the dark.
As the hours move on, these Squares will shift, and two of them will subside pretty quickly. We may still feel a bit stuck though, because cosmically speaking, there will be quite a number of Squares aspected during this Cancer Moon all the way through. So, we need to remember to take things in stride, and do our best to not take too many things to heart.
This is a Moon of deep, deep emotional surging. Some of us may benefit from a complete purge of what lies beneath the surface within our subconscious self in order to feel lighter and freer. This is a time to do some massive important shadow work.
We may find ourselves feeling a bit wounded, or begrudging towards circumstances that we otherwise might not care too much about. This could have us brooding in a state of confusion or indecision. For some, this could create an energetic need to shrink away into a comfy sea of blankets with hot coffee and a good book. It might just be too “peopley” out there for some of us. We could gravitate more towards the soothing energies of the oceans, lakes, and rivers, and decide to soak away our worries. Or, we could find ourselves happier in the company of our animals rather than a busy chaotic group setting. Those who get offended easily or tend to overthink situations may feel a bit more insecure than usual. This could lead to unintentional disagreements, outbursts, or crying fits. It’s okay though, this will pass in a couple days and all will once again feel right as rain.
This is a time to take control of the things that trigger us, and consciously decide to act out of diplomacy and self-control, rather than knee jerk reactions if something upsets us. Sometimes we need to put ourselves in a bit of time out to process what we’re thinking and feeling, especially with people who we already have strained connections with.
We will be forced to face our ideas of victimhood, and better understand the positions and perspectives of others whom we have deemed to be the villains of our life stories. Sometimes we need someone to blame in order to compartmentalize trauma. Sometimes we have to point fingers in order to feel vindicated by the tragedies of life. Yet, the truth is, sometimes there is nobody to blame. Sometimes bad things happen to good people and there is nothing we can do about it except figure out how to heal and move forward. This is where we get to reshape the memory of our experiences and recognize our own part in our suffering. People are not who they were. And neither are we. We are all the wiser, and have understanding we didn’t have before. This is all part of emotional elevation in which we get to rise into our best selves. As we elevate, new love and profound deep connections can come in.
We will be faced with outgrowing traits of codependency and assigning other people the task of fixing all of our broken pieces. We have to remember that other people are not our glue. They are not factories sent to refurbish us, any more than we are a factory to refurbish them. People who come and go from our lives, who are inconsistent and ghost us when we need them most, are likely to come back around to pull at us again, or vice versa. That cycle is old news though, and needs to be put to bed. We get to redefine what a healthy partnership, friendship, or family relationship should look like. We cannot fall for love bombing as a means to make up for inappropriate actions or behaviors. If someone has shown a lack of self-control, inconsistency, or halfhearted selfishness, the time for tolerance with that is over. We can confidently say no to allowing someone to do that to us.
We are tasked with implementing sanctions on love. It is time to allow only the forms of love that are healthy, consistent, and considerate in our lives. Anything less will not be allowed. Anything less stunts our continued growth, and slows us down in our ascension process. There is no guilt or shame in confronting things for what they are diplomatically, and deciding that this is the end of allowing it to continue.
We cannot pour from an empty cup; any more than others can pour from an empty cup to sooth us. We must be fair with other people’s time, generosity, and
consideration. And we must also ask that others in our circle do the same for us. This is a teamwork effort, and can be bountiful if we shape it right.
This is all about the connections we’ve made, and the integrity of values in which they were and are formed upon. This is where we are waking up from a dream state, where we are seeing things for what they are, and also seeing the potential of what they could become. It’s almost as if the sky has opened up and pushed aside the rain; yet a rainbow and misty breezes are revealed too. In the background are dark storm clouds, revealing to us just how far we’ve come on our journey, and all of the heartache we’ve had to endure throughout our lives. We are going to be reminded that we are strong, and are wearing a Warrior’s mantle. A Warrior persona cannot be attained without sacrifice. It is like the process in which a steel blade has to go through the forge, and become molten before it can be wielded properly. We must be forged in the fires of Love’s many faces.
Ideals, dreams, goals, and visions of a prosperous future get to nest and enter gestation here after all of the muddy debris has been cleansed away. This is where we get to toss out all that no longer serves us, in order to feed life into what does.

‘Overtone’ is the name for the number 5 and its keywords are ‘Empower, Radiance and Command’. The fifth day of a wavespell is always powerful and its effect on the day is formidable! Whatever day it combines with the number five adds significant intensity and strength. Much can be accomplished on ‘Overtone’ days. The first day of this wavespell was Yellow Human and so we are adhering to the agenda set that day. The fifth day really pushes that agenda along.
Today is Yellow Warrior and its keywords are ‘Intelligence, Questioning and Fearlessness’. It’s a crazy intense combination today as the Yellow Overtone Warrior is one of the most powerful Warriors in the whole Tzolkin. This is perfect if you have a quest to go on or a mission to undertake. Warrior invites you to be fearless and the number 5 gives you power. I highly recommend taking on a quest as with all this energy around, choosing not to do anything will result in restlessness and frustration and there is a likelihood of this energy turning into arguments. Don’t go on the warpath but instead harness this energy and do something useful with it.
Today’s Guide is the Yellow Seed which represents sowing awareness.
