To me this moment in time, and all which is unfolding on planetary and cosmic level, is a call to return to the sacred within.

For so long we got lost in the dictates of others and allowed outside forces to run our lives, that we forgot that true sacredness, true unconditional love, truth and true guidance, lies within.

When I am in nature, I feel this sacredness reflected in Mother Earth, Mother Nature, in her waters, air, fires (yes fires too), and earth. I wish to walk lightly on earth, for indeed all earth is sacred.

It is out of the ashes that the phoenix rises.

And what the caterpillar thought was death – birthed the beautiful butterfly.

It first is birthed within our own soul – and heart.
