Archangel Sophia – These Changes Can Have a Very Beneficial Effect
Hello, my dear ones. This is Sophia.
We know that this is a very intense time for you. The last few years have been increasingly transformative. And with these transformations, sometimes there is also tumultuous change. These changes can completely uproot your life. But ultimately, the changes that occur when triggered from within, can have a very beneficial effect.
Many of you are perhaps feeling that you’re on a powerful roller coaster. It may also feel like you don’t have the ability to steer your life or to stop what’s occurring around you. This is why it is so very important that each of you learn to become quiet and rest when the energy subsides.
Learning to rest when the opportunity arises, is part of learning to surf the waves of light. Many of you focus on the powerful transformative process that you are going through. And this is fine. If you contemplate the shifts you are undergoing, it can support you and help you to acknowledge that what you’re experiencing is very good.
But just as you contemplate, remember to also quiet your mind and become aware of the stillness within. This is the lesson in learning to remain in balance. You move when the energy supports you moving. And you take rest when it’s time to rest and the energy subsides a bit. Putting constant pressure on yourselves actually slows down your progress. This pressure is movement driven by your ego, not flowing with the movement of the light.
You may feel driven to get things done. Or you may take on too many things at once because the energy has made you feel much more expanded. It’s fine to keep acting in the physical world. This is part of what you are here for. However when you feel this great expansion, also remember to go within. For the experience of expansion doesn’t come from outside of you. It comes from deep within. As your consciousness expands, you may begin to feel larger, stronger, more able to undertake many things at once. But instead, rest your awareness deep within your own being even as you move through your day.
Practice holding this inner focus no matter what action you are performing. Learn to establish your awareness in the beautiful, divine space deep within yourself. Allow your movements to flow from this space instead of being driven by your mind or ego. This is the exalted state that each of you are trying to achieve. Those who dwell in very high states of consciousness manifest many perfected actions, however these actions flow from the movement of divine consciousness deep within their being. They have learned to surrender to that divine light and allow it to flow outward through their actions, their speech, and even their look.
When you achieve the state of this kind of surrender, your actions come from a state of divine love. This is not love as defined by the human mind or ego. This love is all-pervasive consciousness that constantly explodes through your being continuously.
It takes tremendous strength to surrender this deeply. In doing so, you surrender your limited individuality to divine Source completely. Then you become a true vehicle of light even while living on your earth.
Continue to practice moving your awareness to that space within. Become deeply centered in your own being even as you perform your daily work. Immerse yourself in the love and light of that space.

Last night, my 10th Andara arrived – a beautiful opalescent ‘Angel Aura Andara’. When I ordered it, I was expecting it to have a calming effect on me but instead, my body went into overdrive pumping out cortisol and/or adrenaline like crazy the whole night and all morning which I was not expecting after my Three Fold Flame igniting yesterday. Angel Aura Andaras are supposed to bring Peace and Spiritual Healing and I was thinking this Andara is doing the opposite of what it’s supposed to be doing. I told my body that it’s ok whatever it’s doing and I thought maybe what I was experiencing was just something surfacing that must have been underlying stuff I’ve been working through lately. So I was just lying here in my body still pumping out all this adrenaline or cortisol like crazy and it occurred to me that maybe it’s happening because my Three Fold Flame needs balancing. As soon as I had that thought, my body stopped pumping out all those hormones. I’m still full of adrenaline and/or cortisol but I’m not pumping it out now. My Blue Flame is a lot smaller than the pink and yellow flames. I’ll just go with whatever happens. Was not expecting all this at all whatsoever so I’ll just go with it. The opalescence of my new Andara is all pinks, blues and a goldy-yellow this morning. Last night there was mauves but not this morning. Interesting..

The things that happen sometimes when One Shares! After writing the above a few hours ago, I went into an altered state with my new Angel Aura Andara and the best thing ever has happened.
I have been thinking a lot about my 12 step journey lately. So basically, when I hit rock bottom, as in hitting rock bottom where one just cannot hit any lower, I ended up going to 12 Step meetings where I was able to unlock the 1st Step with a key- the gift of being at rock bottom. Then while living the 1st Step, i reached a point where the 1st step became the key that unlocked the 2nd Step and then while living both the 1st and 2nd Steps, they together became the key that eventually unlocked the 3rd Step then while living the first 3 steps, they ended up unlocking the 4th step and then so on and so forth right through in that manner until I reached the 12th Step which was just before I got catapulted out of that life into a new life. When One reaches and lives all 12 Steps, it can unlock what’s called the 1st Tradition. So basically, there aren’t just 12 Steps. There are 12 Steps, 12 Traditions and 12 Concepts. If lived in a certain way, each becomes the key that unlocks the next level. Anyway, I was never able to move into the 1st Tradition on my Spiritual Journey as it involves moving into it with a Group and there was no one in all the four 12 Step Groups I was involved with who was living the 12 Steps in the Mystical way I was which has often been disappointing for me since then because I would have loved to have moved into the 1st Tradition with like minded souls. I tried a few things including helping to start up a couple of meetings in a couple of different fellowships. Anyway, after Spirit catapulted me out of that life, they kept blocking me over and over from going to meetings until i knew it was impossible.
But now, something super exciting has happened which may sound strange to some – after being in an altered state for a few hours this afternoon/evening, I have connected with All the Trees and Bushes close to where I live in a deeper way where we have All United and become a Team. I’ve connected with all of them and they’re all in and we are All putting the needs of Our Group above our own Personal Needs. This is do awesome. Have a guess what everyone? There are armies and armies of trees all over this planet who we can connect with and team up with and work with. It’s not just time for some Lightworkers and Starseeds to start uniting more but it’s time for some of us Lightworkers and Starseeds to Unite with the many Beings on this Planet who are willing to help with The Ascension!! Yeahhhh!!!!! It’s All Happening ❤ ❤ ❤
