Starseeds were falsely programmed in life to prioritise others’ needs to receive love, often neglecting self-care in the process. They may have forsaken themselves to earn love that should have been freely given.

There is no doubt that your new life will cost you your old one. The initiation process into higher ascension awareness brings on major changes in the physical body as each symptom is related to your chakras, it is always wise to look up your metaphysical symptoms to see what chakra corresponds to each issues , example :

If you are releasing a lot of density in the physical your legs will ache and become very sore in fact sometimes it feels painful to get up off of your chair if this is the case then it can be wise to look up the base chakra meanings which represents Fear, survival mode, releasing anxiety, false conditioning, reprogramming releasing the old , recognising what is no longer true for self also recognising the illusions and delusions you allowed yourself to stay in because of fear of the consequences if you made a choice to free yourself etc, all of this corresponds with the base ( root) chakra.

Another example if you look at the heart chakra you may have feelings of heart palpitations shakiness inside feeling unbalanced feelings of guilt possibly shame etc so when we have done work clearing these particular issues then we know healing has taken place on a metaphysical level, the physical body will always be the last aspect in self to catch up.

These symptoms will come and go and it all depends on Concious releasing as to what kind of symptoms you take on .

Healing does not always look pleasant, magical or appealing, it can often feel excruciating, hard, emotional, depleting and draining. It’s essential to allow yourself to go through this process without sugarcoating it. Being present for yourself with self-compassion and without self-criticism is highly beneficial during these challenging times.

When you are finally ready to heal and create the bigger Shifts in life, you will begin to see everyone as your teacher, especially those that trigger you the most, as this reveals what remains within self to be released and healed.

Significant gateway shifts recently occurred, helping us all to focus on healing inner duality, the goal is to balance the mind and heal the inner darkness that embodied it self over many lifetimes of mis programming and false conditioning .

The Ascension symptoms have to do with physical recalibration and modifications to dna changes taking place as the self recreates and rewires a paradigm that is in alignment to true self ascension and evolution .

Dear friends, this weekend may begin carrying a very particular kind of opening. Not only more Martian fire energy, not only more “fire horse” movement, but a stronger awareness that something in your life is no longer meant to continue in the same way. For many, this may not feel dramatic on the outside yet, but inwardly it can feel unmistakable. A loosening. A separating. A growing sense that an older version of self is no longer the one meant to lead what comes next.

This is often what happens when a timeline begins shifting more clearly. The old one does not always collapse all at once. Sometimes it simply starts losing its grip. The patterns, roles, reactions, and identities that once felt normal may begin feeling heavier, less natural, less true. What you once tolerated may now feel misaligned. What once defined you may begin feeling too small for the self that is trying to emerge.

And after the stronger Martian movement of the past days, this may feel even more noticeable now. Fire does not only push us forward. It also reveals where we are no longer meant to remain the same. It can illuminate where life has outgrown an old identity, where the soul is asking for a cleaner future, and where a new version of self is no longer content to stay hidden inside old rhythms.

For many, this may show up as a stronger desire to release the past more fully. A clearer sense that a chapter has ended, even if all the outer evidence is not there yet. A deeper readiness to stop negotiating with old emotional loops, old roles, or older ways of carrying your energy. This does not mean forcing change. It means recognizing when the inner crossing has already begun.

And this weekend may also begin bringing a subtler tone into the field, as the fiery current starts mixing with something more intuitive, more inward, and more visionary. That can make the threshold feel even more powerful. The will to move forward may still be there, but it may begin joining with a deeper longing for meaning, alignment, and a future that feels more soul-true.

So if the old self feels like it is losing its grip, honor that. If the life that is ready to begin feels closer than it used to, honor that too.
