Dear friends, our Sun seems to be “on fire” this week, a new mayor X class solar flare erupted last evening in the hyperactive, newly formed, solar region 3186. This event occurred just 24 hours after the previous X flare. These back to back X flares keep showering our planet with x rays and ultraviolet radiation, which of course affects us all at different levels.
It takes a minimum of three days for our bodies to integrate these new light codes, which means any physical symptoms and adjustments you may be experiencing now may last until the weekend. There could be an overload of energy within our nervous system, leading to headaches, lack of focus and concentration, irritability, lethargy, jaw tension, sudden heat/cold sensations, some dizziness, and strange nights with vivid dreams or altered sleep patterns. Please rest as needed, stay hydrated, and ground your energy at least twice daily.
The good news is that all these inner changes are actually positive, we are undergoing a deep metamorphosis triggered by cosmic and Divine energies, something never seen in our history before. With the assistance of divine priestesses of Ancient Lemuria, (many of whom are with us today), I ask for the Rose Gold Flame to be brought down from the highest dimensions into this reality. I ask that it surround Mother Gaia and protect her.
