Gamma rays are giving such waves to the core and ley lines which bring quakes. As we ascend into higher frequencies it’s important to increase the amplitude of your frequency while staying grounded or pain, anxiety or worry can be felt as densities are being cleared allowing light to penetrate Earth’s magnetic field through the core and back up to the surface of the planet giving geomagnetic activity from solar flares, winds & coronal mass ejections.
Clearing and activating is how Ascension goes and how I do sessions or clear the grid. One must bring in light or it’s a void that can just be looshed on by entities. Protect your energy, meaning keep your frequency up. Gamma rays are a higher frequency and are producing brainwave activity within you. As the planet shifts and you too, center in the now so you aren’t dizzy. Bring trust so you aren’t nauseous. Ground so you stay stable. Breathe so you are at ease! Also, see how red is a long wave meaning lower vibration. I never use red in my sessions. I Use violet or gold at the root chakra and ground with platinum or aquamarine. These are higher frequencies and assist much better!

We are in the midst of a global pivot point while Pluto completes in Capricorn. Pluto transforms whatever it touches in a death/rebirth cycle. The Pluto theme of death and rebirth affects all of us. I could feel that tight small box constricting me, as it was breaking apart at the seams. I had more to create and manifest, but the human energy body could not support it.
My Soul energy was awakening and igniting my Light Body/Pillar…preparing for my transition. I began to go into the decomposition phase of the mini-death. It requires ‘letting go’ of your earthly history and attachments. It is a shedding process of the old human identity, persona, beliefs and behaviors. It is a purging of the old pain, suffering and trauma from the body. You cannot ascend higher unless you release the dead weight of the past.
Ascension is a profound process of conversion from the 3D human energy body into the Soul Light Body and Pillar. You may feel like you are straddling the two worlds, flowing back and forth, as you make the shift. It happens gradually as you continue to increase your energy vibrations, clear away past history and trauma, up-level into higher dimensional consciousness and descend/embody more and more Soul Light.
For it is your unique Soul Light that activates your internal, dormant Soul Light Body and Pillar. Like fuel to an engine, your Soul energy fires it up.
