Over the coming week we can expect intense levels of energetic downloads and activations. Crystalline lightbody ativations reshaping perception, intuition, and consciousness

You may have already felt it over the past two days, and from here it will likely grow even stronger, with another peak around the weekend.

What I perceive is highly focused crystalline light working through multidimensional geometric repatterning. Like a prism, forming the most beautiful patterns of white crystalline light and soft rainbow‑coloured fragments.

The focus is mainly on the higher chakras: the crown and the third eye — opening our perception and higher vision, intuitive senses, psychic abilities. Channel clearing. Portal activations.

With so much focus in the head, the mind may feel a little disoriented. This is a huge opening and a lot for our senses. Ear pressure, ear ringing, or a tightness and itchiness in the throat can occur.

As all this incoming light moves through the upper centres, the throat chakra works relentlessly to integrate and regulate the immense streams of energy.

Whenever we experience strong activations in the higher chakras, the corresponding lower chakras (root and base) support the process through grounding and balancing the influx from above.

You can support this area with gentle movement — bringing flow into the hips and lower body. And of course: nature, water, earth.

Dear friends, one of the quieter gifts of this post-eclipse phase is the return of inner authority. Not the loud kind. The calm kind. The kind that doesn’t need to debate everything. The kind that knows when something is true, and knows when something is simply familiar. If you’ve been feeling more selective, more discerning, or less available for what drains you, that may be your system reorganizing into a stronger self.

In these days, many notice that the nervous system begins to speak in a new language: not urgency, but clarity. Not intensity, but clean preference. Not “prove it,” but “this is mine.” This can feel unfamiliar at first, especially if you spent years pushing through signals. But it’s a sign of maturity. The body is no longer negotiating with what it already outgrew.

So here is a simple practice for today. Before you open your phone, before you step into other people’s needs, place one hand on the center of your chest and take three slow breaths. On each exhale, ask only this: what is the truest pace for me today? You don’t need a detailed plan. You need the pace. When the pace is right, the day organizes itself more easily.

As we move into the final 8 days before the March 20 Equinox, many will feel the field asking for cleaner choices and simpler direction. The closer we get to a threshold, the less your system will tolerate self-betrayal. This isn’t punishment. It’s protection through truth. It’s your future self asking to be chosen more consistently.

You may also notice that certain desires are changing shape. Some wants dissolve. Some intensify. Some become quieter but more real. Let that be okay. Integration doesn’t only clear what is heavy. It also reveals what is worth building. Pay attention to what remains when you stop forcing anything. What remains is usually the real call.

And if you feel tender, treat tenderness as sacred. It often means something new is being formed. You don’t have to harden to be strong. You can be soft and still have a spine. This is what inner authority looks like: warmth with boundaries, presence with discernment, aliveness with self-respect.

I was told a few years ago, that on the 4 July 2020, when the New Earth was fully born, that by Divine Decree all karmic patterns had been released from all souls on earth.

Yet, every soul on this planet, has free will and choice.

A soul can simply choose to repeat the same old negative karmic patterns with the same old souls, not to forgive others and themselves, and to keep blaming, shaming, and being guilty, or find others guilty. (Shame, blame and guilt). Thus repeating the same old stories, playing out the same acting roles, etc. and holding onto all the negative cords, ties, bonds, contracts, vows, oaths, etc. as before.

Or a soul can choose to do the inner work, and finally through forgiveness of self and others, and letting go of all shame, blame, guilt, self and others, all old baggage, old attachments, and so much more, and do the inner clearing work, and ascend.

The same of course applies to families, to countries as well.

I so often come across this in my Soul Readings, and of course had to do the inner work myself, and it gave me a great resect for the Divine Universal laws: reaping what one has sown, taking full responsibility for all your actions, for all you create, for all your are manifesting into form and being in one form or another. Add to this your thoughts, your words, your deeds and all you are in truth.

It is takes great courage to go and meet that shadow, and not run away from it. More people tend to go and blame others, denying the same within themselves. “To see the splinter in another eye, and not the great logs within your own eye, blinding your vision.”

Let this be a collective lesson for countries as well. If anyone blames other countries for this or that, then every finger pointed at them, more of your fingers point back to you and all not owned and dealt with on your own home turf and in your own backyard.

Of course it applies to all of us: – me too!

Yet, what great lessons in highest mastery are contained herein!

For the more you do the inner work, and the shadow work, the freer your soul becomes and lighter and brighter and more filled with love, compassion, kindness, deep caring, you become, and indeed now you are finally able to embrace UNITY consciousness with the full deep inner knowing: THAT ALL IS ONE!

This is indeed the central key to all ascension.

And unconditional love, is the key.

We are all in this together.

And we indeed, have free will and choice.

Whatever you choose, manifests into form and being.
You create your own reality.

The irony of it all, is that those negative karmic patterns exist no more. We are just choosing to not let go, and carry on as before!

OR finally choosing to fully leave it all behind us, forever and to cocreate a totally different way of life and living, from the depth of our heart and soul, and with great love, and a great respect for all life and life forms, and in the process then embracing unity and Oneness with All THAT IS!

Such is the Divine Gift of this momentous time!

On Thursday, March 12th, we have the Moon, ruler of our emotional needs, in grounded, earth sign Capricorn in a challenging square connection to Venus, ruler of relationships and resources, in impatient, fire sign Aries. Beloved Infinite Source,
Holy Presence of the One Eternal Light,
I now stand as a willing vessel of Divine Love, Wisdom, and Power.

I call forth the sacred Ruby Ray of Cosmic Creation to descend through my being and anchor deeply into the Earth.
