I’ll leave you with a question where I’m playing devil’s advocate… please explain to me what the risk might be if the serial numbers were emailed via Gmail and fell into the hands of someone with nefarious intentions. What would be the benefit to that nefarious person?
What would they do with these serial numbers once the Assets remain in the possession of the Asset Holder (you)? Once the Assets are shipped, all serial numbers are locked in the system in the name of the Asset Holder, so that it is not possible for anyone else to ship them or get paid for them. I hope this answers the question and puts an end to all the unfounded paranoia.”
