It is a liminal, in-between space. Your memory may be playing tricks on you. You might wake in the middle of night or suddenly in the middle of your day, thinking you forgot something urgent, but you don’t know what.

You may slip into states of revelry, like floating in waters that are dreamy but unclear. You just want to dose off, or drift, but then you snap back into alertness. Into productive urgency. “What was I doing? What am I forgetting? What am I supposed to be doing?”

The answer is NO-thing.

You are slipping in and out of simultaneous time and then your body, programmed to be productive in old field structures pulls you back, slaps your face or splashes you with cold water. It says “wake up, pay attention, don’t fall asleep! It’s dangerous to let go.”

But this old message, these old dreams of alarm, are no longer real.

It’s hard for the body to adjust to this. It is used to being on high alert, even when at rest. We were groomed to be ever hyper-vigilant. This is why we were all in such a state of dis-ease. The body was exhausted from keeping us safe. It was intentional.

“Stay on task!”….we began that preprogrammed mental entrainment the moment we entered the world. “Your worth and value will be measured.” You were always watched and judged by what you did to prove it.

But this is the dimensional phase shift. That old program is dissolving and it’s up to you how quickly you decide to let it go.

You are not going mad, even if you feel like your mind is melting. Because it is ….and that is good. The mental control center that kept us adept in the survival realm where we are programmed beings that are always DOing- is falling away.

It feels strange.

Allow your heart space to carry you where you are meant to go. This feels like gentleness, flow, non-urgency, even a quiet happiness and contentment. Not distraction, just flowing-ness. The river gently takes your hand and says “this way feels good”.

We stop struggling and follow it and things begin to come more easily. Let go of what requires effort or pushing energetically. If you have to over-hold something to keep it afloat, let it go softly under the water until it disappears.

You’ll find you’ll forget about it easily. This is on purpose. You didn’t need it anymore.

This is the place we are navigating as the submerging energies of the new fields surround us. It can feel like drowning, suffocation and overwhelm if we are in a state of fearful resistance.

and the old alarms dissolve into silence.

I decree that I release the programming of constant vigilance,
the inherited command to prove my worth through strain, speed, and survival.
I am no longer measured by what I do.
I am remembered by what I am.

I affirm that I am safe to soften.
I am safe to drift.
I am safe to rest inside the unfolding now.

I release the fear of forgetting,
