We are still in the grip of that powerful eclipse corridor that I’ve been talking non stop about recently. Deep inside it still. The heaviness. The head pressure. The digestion issues. The waking at 3am. The wired yet sedated feeling. The joint inflammation. The chest tightness. The strange sense of being both exhausted and overstimulated at the same time. All to be expected whilst the body recalibrates. First, Pause. Breathe.

We are not at the beginning of something. We are mid restructure. The solar eclipse has already removed external positioning. The compression phase peaked…but removal is not the end of the process. What follows removal is redistribution and redistribution can feel more destabilising than the initial event because the old narrative has dissolved but the new clarity has not yet fully formed and it can play havoc with the mental emotional and physical body for a short while as that process plays out.That is where we are still, between the solar eclipse and the lunar eclipse on March 3rd. This fourteen day bridge is not dramatic in appearance, other words, ( where is the huge sun activity and the CMEs ) but it is structurally significant. Solar eclipses shift outer positioning. Lunar eclipses reveal inner truth and the space between them reorganises the system. When systems reorganise, biological systems respond ( your body ) – Body says ouch. Body says – what is going on.

This is the part that must be spoken about clearly. When the mind perceives uncertainty, change, or loss of orientation, the nervous system activates. Cortisol rises. Sleep fragments. Digestion alters. Muscles tighten. Inflammation increases. Sensory thresholds lower. The body becomes louder. For many ( not all ) for many this is happening now. It is stress physiology responding to perceived change that the mind doesn’t have the tools to compute. Now layer on top of that the six planet alignment building toward February 28th. Convergence compresses perception. Then add Mercury retrograde in Pisces which naturally blurs logic and heightens emotional processing and then finally we are approaching a total lunar eclipse, a blood moon which historically marks emotional illumination. Some will see deep trapped emotion surfacing that can no longer hide because Lunar eclipses do not create emotion. They reveal what has already been stored. That stuff that has been swept under the rug is growing now, so yes, pressure may build again before release. Some of you are feeling layers of release now mixed with new pressure building. Its like going up and down BOTH at the same time for this reason. Understand what your body is saying in this 14 days window with clarity:

Grogginess is often the nervous system down regulating to protect itself. Head pressure is muscle tension and overstimulation. Acid reflux is sympathetic activation. Joint pain can increase when sleep is disrupted. Waking at 3 to 4am is a classic cortisol rhythm shift and increase in angelic guidance. Feeling “drugged” is nervous system fatigue after prolonged activation. Chest heaviness is often stress breathing, not catastrophe.

When thousands of people focus on sensation at the same time attention amplifies signal. The body listens to narrative. This does not mean the symptoms are imagined. It means the system is responsive. This corridor is redistribution. What was loosened must resettle and redistribution can feel messy before it feels clear. Externally, we are seeing similar themes exposure in leadership, accountability conversations, structural tensions rising into headlines. What was hidden surfaces. What was tolerated is questioned. Macro mirrors micro. Everything you’re feeling in your body is happening in the headlines in all the news right now.

We are in big big energy. I can’t emphasise this enough. When lightworkers don’t see sun activity they sometimes switch off and think, oh there’s nothing happening, but the reality is that we are in the alternate reality of one non stop sun burp right now in turns of effective energy until March 20th. It’s going to feel super duper intense even at the micro level as we hit this planetary alignment on the 28th which is now building.

Dear friends, welcome to Day 8 of the Eclipse Corridor (Feb 17—Mar 3) between the Solar Eclipse in Aquarius and the Total Lunar Eclipse in Virgo. If today feels quieter on the outside but louder on the inside, you are not imagining it. This corridor is amplifying what is true, and it is also revealing what your system can no longer carry. Let the day be simpler than usual so the deeper layer can speak.

You may also notice a strange blend moving through the collective right now: tiredness and readiness. The urge to retreat and the urge to move forward can alternate within the same day.
