The Intense Effect of the September Energies – Symptoms we all experience now!!

Dear Friends,
there is no doubt, the energies of change are purring in full power this month and many people reported strong emotional and physical signs of their effect lately. Unfortunately we are still in the warm up phase for the big shifts in the week from September 23rd till September 28th, which means there will be much more coming to ground and integrate. 
So buckle up and better get used to recognizing physical discomfort and altered states of your senses, as steps of re-connection to long lost abilities that we need back for our self-mastery.
These days increased synchronicity creates many small chances. Synchronized events tell us that we are heading in the, right direction. Spirit uses synchronicity to communicate with us. That’s when we begin to experience a continuing flow of extension of awareness.
In our daily interactions with other people the coming weeks can be especially challenged by the Mercury retrograde phase, which started yesterday and will last until October 24th. Our communication skills can get lost in translation, when we try to explain ourselves and our steps to oneness to others.
Best advice is to remain silent until your expression is authentic and clear, than your energy will transport what you are really saying and Mercury’s influence to confuse over meaning and interpretation of words will vanish!!!
Our DNA is transforming to 12Strands, the elements our physical bodies are build of (the platonic solids) are downloading new layers of the divines blueprint for humanity on planet earth. That takes a bit of time and may create one or the other confusion on the way.
Just be patient and kind with yourself, accepting of your fluctuations, be gentle, practice gratitude and forgiveness. Meditate, so you can observe anxiety feelings, paranoia or fear knowing, it shall pass soon.
Some sensations you might experience, connected to the high frequencies and shifts we are collectively going through right now are:
*) Changes in your sleep pattern, restlessness, hot feet, waking up in the night, feeling tired all day, strong energy waves activating the body, a sense of energy vibrating on top of the head or energy pouring in through the crown.
*) Sudden waves of emotion, outburst of anger or sadness, increased sensitivity, blurry vision, shimmering objects, seeing particles of glitter, auras seeing.
Physical trouble as: Headaches, backaches, neck pains, flu symptoms, digestive problems, muscular spasms or cramps, racing heartbeat, chest pains, changes in sexual desire.
*) Changes in eating habits, strange cravings, odd food choices, not as hungry as usually. That is a natural reaction to the process of your light-body embodiment into the physical body. Just listen to what you need in this very moment and allow it without concept or judgment! For example, I often smell chemical additives in foods now, a clear call not to eat it!!
Before you eat, bless your food and take a moment for awareness. Tell your body that you are going to use the food, to fill and nourish your whole being – body mind and soul. That way the food will not fulfill your emotional hunger, and old abuse pattern can fall away.
*) Increased or decreased hearing abilities, beeps, sounds, music or electronic patterns, water rushing, bees buzzing, ringing. I also experienced audio dyslexia – when you can’t always make out what people are saying, as if you can no longer translate your own language.
Our ears are adjusting to new frequencies, higher vibrations than they are used to. When you manage to breath deeply and relax into it, it is actually very enjoyable.
*) Vivid dreams up to lucid dreaming in which you are in control to direct the outcome. Dreams may be mystical bringing symbols or signs from indigenous lifetimes, the animal kingdom will increasingly make itself accessable to people, sacred geometric shapes in movement, colors appear more brilliant and vivid.
*) A desire for creative expression, inspiration to draw or write, dance, sing, compose, sometimes in a overwhelming rate of speed. Spirit is speaking to you about how you might fulfill your life purpose and contribute to the completion of humanity. In the Ascended Master realm the Master Djwhal Khul and Paolo Veronese are helping us here!
So if you experience this effects, as discomforting and unsettling they may be, be grateful, keep breathing deeply and accepting!! Keep the mind focused on surrender to the process, help yourself by calling on Masters and Angels, work with forgiveness and the violet flame, listen to calming music and relax. And if all of that is not enough, as human beings we can help each other!! Go and get a treatment from somebody who passed this waves and can assist you to stabilize, clear and harmonize your energy field.
