When you are evolving and growing you will at some point find your self facing the dark night of the soul and this can make you also feel like you are dying within. That is because a part of you is. You are experiencing the inner death to transform into the rebirth, this feeling is quite often not spoken about, it can feel like you are depressed, anxious, unmotivated, uninspired and your inner world just feels really dark there for a time , but you are in the grieving of the loss of Old Self, who you were before so you can fully step into who you are going to be.

All the past pain, trauma, challenges and the suffering you have endured are preparing you for a quantum leap in earths new time lines. When you rise to the challenges you are facing things rather than avoiding them, the pain attached to growth, and healing and transformation occurs. Helping you to feel much closer to achieving your ascension into true self.

Time does not heal all wounds; it just gives them space to sink into the subconscious, where they will continue to impact your emotions and behaviours. What heals is consciously going inward, connection with source, loving yourself, accepting yourself, listening to your needs, addressing your attachments and emotional history, learning how to let go, to be guided by your intuition.

When you have a clear understanding of your own identity, you no longer allow others to dictate or define who you are. Insults, manipulation, lies, projections, and false narratives no longer have power over you, as you carry within you the truth template activating the deep sense of knowing and assurance.

Life inevitably brings changes, and what felt like love once may be lost in the process. It is important to remember that your worth and value can never be determined by external factors or the opinions of others.

As you Ascend you are developing inner confidence, belief in self and relying on your own divine guidance, you can navigate through these changes with strength and resilience.

Dear friends, in these final weeks of the year, the energetic landscape feels like a threshold—one foot still inside the deep, coiled realms of the Snake Year, and the other already sensing the wild, forward-moving pulse of the Horse. The Snake has guided us through an inner alchemical cycle: dissolving old identities, purging outdated narratives, and confronting the patterns hidden beneath the surface. This was a year of detoxification at the soul level, where the unseen demanded our attention. Now, as we approach the Year of the Horse, that inner transformation begins shifting outward, seeking movement, expression, and embodiment.

The Snake teaches through stillness. It reveals through shedding. Throughout 2025, energetically sensitive people felt the pull to release layers of self that no longer resonated—emotional excess, heavy memories, dysfunctional habits. This deep shedding created space, even if it left some feeling suspended in limbo. But the Snake’s medicine is precise: it clears the energetic channels so the next phase of life—more dynamic, more embodied—can be lived without the drag of outdated energy. As the year closes, many are experiencing that final shedding wave: the last skins, the last attachments, the final echoes of what you no longer can carry into the next cycle.

The Horse enters with a completely different rhythm. Where the Snake coils inward, the Horse expands outward. It gallops into open space, seeking motion, adventure, and expression. The transition into the Horse Year marks a shift from introspective transformation to lived transformation: the moment when the work done in the shadows asks to be embodied in the light. This new energy lifts the gaze from the ground and toward the horizon, igniting a renewed sense of direction and purpose.

As this shift unfolds, many will feel their life force rising again after months—or even years—of internal work. Inspiration returns. Creative flow reactivates. Decisions that once felt heavy now feel obvious. But with this activation comes an adjustment period: your DNA, your nervous system, and your emotional body are recalibrating from the Snake’s slow, dissolving frequency to the Horse’s fast, expansive one. This can feel like going from water to fire, from meditation to movement, from surrendering to initiating.

During this transition, physical symptoms may surface as the body attempts to catch up with the soul’s acceleration. You may experience fluctuations in energy levels, bursts of motivation followed by sudden exhaustion, heart-center sensations as the chest opens, digestive changes as the body processes the final layers of emotional residue, vivid dreams, neck and upper-back tension (the energetic shift from coiled to forward-moving), and sleep pattern irregularities. Some may feel restlessness, as if something is urging them to move—but the direction is not fully revealed yet. This is the Horse awakening within you, preparing your system for momentum.

Ultimately, this transition from Snake to Horse is a movement from internal mastery to external manifestation. It is the shift from shadow work to soul work, from clearing to creating, from inner alchemy to embodied evolution. The Snake has thinned the veil between who you were and who you are becoming; the Horse invites you to step across that threshold with courage and clarity. These final weeks of the year are a sacred in-between, where your spirit begins rehearsing the movements of the future while your body gently releases the last remnants of the past. In Roman mythology, Mercury – Hermes to the Greeks – is the messenger to the gods. Mercury is able to instantly transport himself from one location to another, and his task is to carry messages to and from the gods of Mount Olympos. The Egyptian ally of Mercury is Thoth, the creator of language and writing; tools we humans use for communication. He is also the creator of time; our dimensional reality is created by the interrelationship of time, perception, and communication.

Most of the stories told of Thoth make no reference to parentage and he is sometimes called the “motherless god.” He is ancient, as though he has been here from the very beginning. Thoth is considered to be one of the creator gods. Ptah is the creator of Heaven and Earth, Khnum is the creator of the beings that live upon the Earth, and Thoth is the creator of our perception.

The gift of Mercury retrograde periods lies in the opportunity to revisit and revise our thinking in some area of our lives.
