November Energy Update
There has been intensity that started building in early October. How is energy felt? Usually it interacts with the light body first, then the Physical and then lastly the part of the body which is least multidimensional – The mind.
The mind has been on a rollercoaster ride since the start of October. Conscious and subconscious wounding, remembrance, releasing and dismissal has been something that has played within the last 4 weeks. It has been easy to spiral and loop in this time allowing the mind to create issues that are not existent in reality and in some cases creating fear.
False – Evidence – Appearing – As – Real. So what is happening now? The first place to start looking into is the light body. Next is to look into the Physical body. You will notice that your physical body is slowly calming and recalibrating now as we get closer to December. Listen to your body as a sign of what the energy is doing right now in this instance, not the mind. The mind. is always the last to comprehend energy, and the last to let go of energy. After this recent roller coaster the mind still thinks the intensity is still there because it has not caught up with the light and physical body.
You will see your body and your mind are in two different places if you look closely at the moment. The energy IS easing off now slowly. But the mind struggles to let go of the memory and recreates what is actually fading. If the memory is too strong, the body will then follow because the body often follows the mind. With this in mind – Drop the memory.
