*Energy Alert* – New GALACTIC & MAGDALENE CODES arrived/came through – 1st June 2019
Last night AEST was something ‘else’ with extensive astral energies of new:

MAGDALENE CODES
ANCIENT DARKER negative energies that we faced & combated in a very big way (that many of us were part of in working over-time 😉 – this was so big and just something else and didn’t we win and come through this in a new and very big way!
To write this I have to keep shaking the energy off my hands to type, after quite a full night (AEST) of astral/galactic energies to bring this through in human words!
My energy is still buzzing
The frequencies pitches were off the charts, the human chart felt/heard this 😉
What a night!!! Woohoo, we broke through some thing(s) so massive
That these words cannot express how BIG THIS IS
Let’s see ‘what this means’ in the human being linked with our Higher Selves from here…will share further as guided

Here are the notes I wrote last night before these energies came through:
Final of the final letting go
Of the old head, the old ‘ways’
Of not re-wiring the old with the new
Like creating a new upgraded ‘computer’ to operate from, a clean slate
As we enter a month of a newer connection with the head and heart…
Those of the old that ran or operated from the head a lot from/in the past, will be feeling this more letting go of what they are needing to – or at least be aware of this
Even those enlightened consciously with inner working on themselves are needing to do or beware of this
As we release old anxiety, impatience and rushing, are the three energies that came mainly at this time for us to be aware of to feel into oneself to then freely flow out of this with CONSCIOUS AWARENESS
Feel free to let go of this at anytime energetically of being Spiritually Mindful Consciously of what we hold onto, in our bodies – as a starting point to release a pressure valve of intensity as a starting place
Breathe In and out and freely let go and release these pent up energies – of the old
As these are Ancient energies as well…of what we may not feel or know all of/about as we don’t need to, just knowing this is Ancient/Future healing is enough
Part Two
Before we talk with others, see and feel where they are at! I cannot state this enough as to consciously being aware of doing this at all times! Even with those closest to us..especially those closest to us as sometimes we are going through so much we may not be aware of how open we are and allow others to come in as we are close to them and love them so much
Have a sort of a shield or barrier up, a barrier/shield of protection of your energy space as not all are in your vibration energy frequency…you may say you know this, yet when we allow others into our loving spaces we cannot but help at times to allow them in close to our energy field/space – its a very natural thing to do that we do..that we now need to change/alter with those even closest to us especially Blue Rays
This is very different to having our personal protection protection space with others and us all the time as in closing off from others we are needing to interact energy with – this is real and this does happen in the human being as human Earth Masters as we love so very much

Namaste! Here are recommendations for handling the intensity of the next several weeks: extra rest (go to bed earlier than usual or spend more time in bed in the mornings), daily spiritual baths with Epsom Salt and Lavender essential oil, keeping incense wafting in the home, deep breathing, drinking lots of spring water with lemon or lime, eating fresh veggies and fruits, doing Yoga or Tai Chi, spending quality time with people of Higher Consciousness, reciting sacred mantras with prayer beads, and writing in a journal about your experiences. I have suggested that my students and clients declare themselves on “High Retreat” from now until the “Galactic New Year” on July 25th. Of course, we will still have to continue with career and family obligations, but we must do so with calm focus, no stress, and no hurrying. I also recommend carrying a sparkling Apophyllite crystal as a reminder of the coming transformation from Homo Sapien to Homo Luminous. It is very relaxing, reduces stress, and helps to elevate the consciousness to ancient knowledge during meditation. The best and most sparkling ones come from Pune, India. Our retreat is called SOURCE LIGHT SUSTENANCE. If anyone is willing to join in consciousness with us during our at-home “retreat” experience, let me know. I will add your name during our prayer time. ❤ Yes, this is a most awesome weekend ❤ I am coming back online as a Mystic ❤ Woohoo!! It’s been party time at my place today ❤ Ramped up the music, been going in and out of euphoria, had some deep pain get stirred up and experienced little releases on one level while in euphoria on another level, Kundalini being triggered again and been going in and out of semi altered states ❤ It’s all been happening at my place ❤ I no longer experience the 5th Dimension in my heart. Today was the second time this week, the 5th Dimension expanded out of my heart and moves through and over me and I experience turning into/ becoming one with Mother Nature and the 5th Dimension❤ My avatar is still too unwell to go into full altered state.
