Why does the world’s elite need “black gold”?
There are several versions that explain why the clandestine reserves of “black gold” were created.

For example, one of them says that the reason was to strengthen the US dollar by increasing the gold reserves of the Federal Reserve. So the purpose was to preserve and strengthen the gold standard. This version does not hold water. How can the dollar be strengthened if no one in the world knows that there is an excess of wealth in the vaults of the Federal Reserve? On the contrary, the US government would falsify records to strengthen its currency, showing that it enjoyed a solid metal backing (incidentally, there is a suspicion that the US has been involved in tampering with the official gold reserve for a long time).

It is worth noting that, according to the Dragon Family lawsuit, at that time the Federal Reserve exchanged gold for bonds with the purpose of strengthening the dollar as an international currency, not having the yellow metal stored in «deep freeze».
The other version says that “black” gold is a strategic reserve of the world financial oligarchy; it can be used, for example, to control gold markets and exchange rates.

In particular, this is what the publications of GATA (Gold Anti-Trust Action) suggest. The organization was created in the 1990s to investigate illegal manipulations in the global gold market; according to it, the so-called “gold cartel” has been conducting its activities for a long time. GATA experts emphasized that the scams are implemented by illegally using metal from the gold reserves of the US and some other states (i.e. reserves under the control of central banks and treasuries). Very cautiously, some expressed the opinion that the scams could occur at the expense of some clandestine funds (reserves). But in any case, as experts point out, they pale in comparison with the official reserves (comparatively insignificant in size).

There is a version that the global elite needed the reserves of “black” gold as a source of income outside the budget, beyond the control of national states, to finance political, military and special operations with the aim of establishing the “new world order”. Indeed, as an instrument of financing clandestine operations, gold is no less effective than money.

The “black” gold “dragons” and the US Federal Reserve.

The author of a series of publications under the general title “Financial Tyranny” David Wilcock believes that the concentration of huge amounts of gold in secret vaults was necessary to allow the global financial oligarchy to move on to the issue of the unsecured supply of paper money. Some other authors also share this version, referring to Adam Smith, who in The Wealth of Nations thoroughly analyzed how bad the gold-based monetary system is and how gold money can be avoided. Smith argued that gold money is evil for both capitalists and society.

The gold standard imposed on many countries at the end of the 19th century was beneficial only to the Rothschilds, who controlled most of the gold, if not in the world, then certainly in Europe (the “scientific” justification for the gold standard is contained in the works of another Englishman – David Riccardo, who was a friend and companion of Nathan Rothschild).

Gold has always been a competitor to paper money, and this competitor had to be physically removed. Supposedly, this goal was set during the First World War, but it was not fully achieved (as you know, in the 20s and 30s in the world, after all, the gold standard was restored, albeit in a reduced form – as gold bars and gold currency).

And after the Second World War, it was not possible to completely expel gold from the monetary world: at the Bretton Woods Conference in 1944, it was decided to establish a gold-dollar standard. In the 1970s, the post-war Bretton Woods monetary system collapsed, the official demonetization of gold was announced, and the money “printing machine” worked at full capacity. The world entered a completely new phase of its development, which can be defined in terms of complete economic liberalization and financial globalization.

According to official sources, the United States refused to fulfill its obligations on the free exchange of paper dollars for gold because the gold reserves of the US Treasury were rapidly melting away and were not sufficient to maintain further exchanges.

“Information supporters” believe that such an explanation is false, since the US monetary authorities had incalculable reserves of gold, which were specially hidden, and maintained the status of “black”. For about sixty years (from the First World War to the conference in Jamaica in 1976, when it was officially decided to demonetize gold), the yellow metal was purposefully pulled from all corners of the world into a single storage system controlled, first of all, by the main shareholders of the Federal Reserve, who dreamed of a time when it would be possible to create wealth out of “thin air” …

Black Gold: Questions and Answers

This version looks very exciting, meeting all the canons of the conspiracy genre. However, for everything to be plausible, many questions must be answered. First, to the question: how did the global financial oligarchy manage to pull most of the world’s gold into secret reserves? How much gold was collected? Why did those people from whom the gold was taken into secret reserve remain completely silent for so long? Where is the secret gold reserve? Who and how governs it? And so on. Let’s try to look for answers in the works of the “supporters of information”.

The total amount of “black” gold in secret vaults is estimated by “guerrillas” at more than two million metric tons (rounded). This is a minimum estimate. Some authors call even larger amounts. D. Wilcock in his “Financial Tyranny” defines the amount of gold in the secret storage system with an accuracy of one kilogram: 2,420,937.4 kg. The vast majority of this gold (85%) comes from China and other Asian countries. Many authors date the dispatch of the main shipment of gold from China to 1938, when Japan occupied China, there was a risk of seizing large gold reserves owned by several top Kuomintang figures.

The Fed extended a “helping hand” to its Chinese comrades and offered services for storing the metal on favorable terms. In 1938, seven ships loaded with Dragon Family gold left China for the United States. Thus, the gold was voluntarily and forcibly transferred by private owners to deposit accounts, which provide these owners with a stable income – 4% per annum. This gold is documented in Global Collateral Accounts (GCAs). However, these accounts do not belong to the sphere of legal finance; SRS are part of a shadow financial system, the existence of which is known to a very limited number of people.

In the works of D. Wilcock, B. Fulford, D. Gayatta and other “guerrillas”, a special place is given to Japan. As you know, the emergence of this country on the world stage began with the Meiji Revolution in 1868. The British Empire, secretly led by the Rothschild clan, considered Japan the best country as a springboard for the subsequent theft of all Asian gold. It was a medieval country with undeveloped technology, but a huge population center.

Britain supplied the Satsuma and Choshu clans in southern Japan with modern weapons and military strategies, and they quickly subjugated the rest of the country. And then the expansion of the country of the “rising sun” into China began. China’s vast gold reserves were under constant threat from Japan. Some of the gold was captured by the Japanese. And to preserve the remaining (large) part, the Chinese had to resort to the “services” first of British bankers, and then (after the end of World War I) – of the bankers of the US Federal Reserve.

The role of the Bank for International Settlements in the “freezing” of the gold project

An important element of the secret financial system was the Bank for International Settlements (BIS), established in 1930 and headquartered in Switzerland (Basel). By the way, as the “partisans” note, the idea of ​​creating the BIS arose from leading Western politicians immediately after the First World War. Allegedly, among the initiators of the creation of the bank was the Emperor of Japan Hirohito, who in 1921 made a trip to the UK and there signed secret documents on plans for the creation of the bank. The role of the BIS in financing the Hitler regime and its cooperation with the Nazis during the Second World War is well known.

Meanwhile, according to the “guerrillas”, the world financial oligarchy has set another large-scale task for the BIS – to secure operations to form a secret reserve of “black” gold. Indeed, despite all the closeness of the BIS, it is known that it has actively engaged and continues to engage in operations with gold. According to some reports, “black” gold was in secret deposit accounts of the BIS until 1963.

However, indications that the BIS is a key institution of a “shadow” (secret) financial system acting in the interests of the global elite have been made by many researchers long before current events.

Thus, Georgetown University professor, historian-conspiracy theorist Carol Quigley (1910-1977), author of the famous book “Tragedy and Hope: World History in Our Time” (1966) openly and unapologetically spoke about the intention of the BIS “to create a system of world financial management in private hands, capable of dominating the political system of any country and the world economy as a whole. The system is to be administered by the cooperative central banks of the world in a feudal manner, according to secret agreements reached during private meetings and personal encounters.”

Black Gold and the Gold Cartel

However, back to the mysterious securities issued under the “black” gold. In addition to the nominal value, they indicate the period after which the metal must be returned to the original owner. The transfers were made in different years, the terms of return are also different. The securities, according to the “information guerrillas”, were of different formats, there is no single standard. Some securities are named, others – for the bearer. The denominations of the securities are different, but in any case they are measured in millions, tens and hundreds of millions, even billions of dollars.

It is worth noting that most often there are articles dated 1934, and there are more and more of them. Supporters explain this as follows: gold prices are constantly rising, the Federal Reserve Banks are printing 1934-model bonds to compensate the legitimate owners of gold for the increase in the price of the collateral metal. In addition, the US monetary authorities (the Fed and the Treasury) are doing everything possible to slow down the growth of prices for the “yellow” metal.

It is no secret that the so-called gold cartel operates in the world, designed in every possible way to restrain the growth of gold prices. It operates under the auspices of the Fed, the US Treasury, with the participation of the Bank of England, the BIS, and a number of Wall Street banks (Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, City, etc.). With the exposure of the activities of the “gold cartel” in the late 1990s, talk began about the already mentioned American organization GATA (Gold Anti-Trust Action).

In 2009, at the request of GATA and under the Freedom of Information Act, Fed Board member Kevin M. Warsh was forced to admit that the central bank had secret gold exchange agreements with foreign banks. On January 26, 2012, after leaving his position as a member of the Board of Governors, Warsh gave a report at Stanford University and spoke even more bluntly: the price of gold is tightly controlled by central banks.

On the Internet today, photos of many pre-war bonds are posted. They are all written in English. What is remarkable: many of them contain misspelled words. “Partisans” give us to understand that this is not for nothing. They say that the financial oligarchs planned to “throw” the owners of such bonds in advance. The current holders of “black” gold could say to the holders of such “harmful” bonds: these are “cheap” and “illiterate” fakes.

The mathematics of black gold

However, as the “partisans” note, the financial oligarchs began to “play” the bondholders from the very beginning, that is, from 1928 (the earliest date of the bonds): the owners have not received a single cent in the form of deposit interest since then. At the same time, the “partisans” carried out meticulous calculations.

For the period 1961-2011 (51 years), the total liabilities of the secret financial system to holders of gold equivalent bonds (based on 4% per annum) amounted to 4,638,792.0 metric tons. That is, it is almost twice the amount of gold that was initially deposited in this system. If we assume that today 1 ton of gold on the market is worth about $30 million, it turns out that the debt of holders of “black” gold to its true owners will be approximately equal to 140,000,000,000,000,000 US dollars.

If you try to express it in billions, you get 140,000,000 billion dollars. And in trillions it will be: 140,000 trillion dollars. For reference: the gross domestic product (GDP) of the United States is at the level of 15 trillion dollars, the world GDP is 60 trillion dollars, and the world wealth, according to experts’ estimates, is about 200 trillion dollars. In general, mathematical operations with “black” gold create completely prohibitive numbers, incomprehensible to the human mind.

By the way, it is believed that the “black” gold was “sealed” for decades and was not circulated (after all, it was necessary to free up space for paper products from the “printing machine”). However, some authors are inclined to believe that the world oligarchy still got its hands on the storage of “black” gold and used it for its own purposes.

None of the “guerrillas” wrote about it. Only a few “beneficiaries” with sound signals are named: the Committee of 300, the Skull and Bones Society, the Bilderberg Club, the Trilateral Commission, the Council on Foreign Relations. In the publication of another “guerrilla”, Phil Shannon, called “Golden Warriors”, it is said that the “black gold” secretly worked for all American presidents, was used behind the scenes to “influence the political life of sovereign states, buy elections, control the media, commit assassinations, in short, impose the will of America”.

Presidents Sukarno, John F. Kennedy and the Hilton Green Agreement

After World War II, the paper holders and the real owners of the “black” gold – Asia’s wealthiest families – came together in the Trustees’ Association, now known as Amanah, or Mandates. The Association was headed by then Indonesian President Sukarno. Supporters claim that the UN in 1948 even adopted a special resolution (MISA 81704) that officially legitimized Sukarno’s powers.

An important event in the history of “black” gold is what the “guerrillas” call the Hilton Green Agreement. Allegedly, in 1963, an agreement was reached between the Trustee Association led by Sukarno and US President John F. Kennedy, according to which “black” gold was withdrawn from the BIS deposits and transferred to the US financial system (to the Treasury, but not to the Federal Reserve) in order to strengthen the dollar as an international currency. It provided for the gradual legalization of “black” gold and its introduction into economic circulation.

The details of the agreement are still unknown, but it seems that the reserves of legal tender acquired a kind of supranational status and had to be managed jointly by all interested countries. It can be assumed that the dollar, being backed by international gold reserves, ceased to be a purely national monetary unit, and acquired the characteristics of a supranational currency.

With the help of these international gold reserves, it was planned to launch large-scale programs to overcome the socio-economic backwardness of the Third World countries. If such arrangements actually took place, they really meant a fundamental revision of the post-war monetary and financial system based on the decisions of the Bretton Woods Conference of 1944.

The US President initially hoped, with the support of the international community, to gradually switch to the production of metal-backed treasury bills. That is, he was supposed to deprive the Federal Reserve of the right to issue money, which it received in 1913. Allegedly, it was at this time (July 1963) that the famous executive order of the US President (No. 11110) was issued on the issuance of the “silver” dollar by the US Treasury.

The Hilton Green Agreement, coupled with a presidential decree, angered the owners of the Federal Reserve, and a few weeks later John F. Kennedy was assassinated. It was not possible to “unfreeze” the “black gold” reserves. In 1967, President Sukarno was removed from office.

Today, issues related to “black” gold by developing countries are handled by an organization that the “guerrillas” call the Sukarno Trust. The first person in this Trust is Dr. Seno (a relative of President Sukarno).

The interested countries of the Sukarno Trust have recently become more active. According to Benjamin Fulfort, a forum was recently held in Monaco with the participation of representatives of 117 countries belonging to the Sukarno Trust. In this case, I briefly described the version of events based on the publications of the “guerrillas”. I could not find the Hilton Green agreement anywhere.

The terms of return to the owners differ, although they have expired in any case. According to one version (David Wilcock, Financial Tyranny ), the Chinese gold had to be returned in 60 years, that is, in 1998. Allegedly, the successors of the Kuomintang, established in Taiwan, went to the International Tribunal in The Hague. It is said that the Tribunal held closed sessions and issued the decision to return the gold no later than September 12, 2001, the day before the well-known events in New York, the terrorist act that destroyed the Twin Towers.

They say there is a direct link between the 9/11 tragedy and the “black” gold, which was stored under the Trade Center skyscrapers and mysteriously disappeared in the fire after the buildings collapsed… They even say that the estimated value of the lost gold was – $130 billion. So, the owners were allegedly deceived. The code of silence was broken by the complaint filed by the Dragon Family, which is where the story begins.

“Black” gold: low quality of the “information product”

So the story is captivating. But it is not a thriller or an action movie. It is the latest version of the new story, something that is seriously discussed by the world media, lawyers, economists and US congressmen. I can say right now: the documents related to the “black” gold contain a lot of nonsense (I would like to make a reservation: I have never gone through the process of identifying the authenticity of documents, titles and copies of photos of safes, although they say that there are many strange things there).

For example, these are the irregularities that attract attention:

1 The reserves of “black” gold mentioned in the documents (2.4 million tons) far exceed the amount of gold mined and accumulated in the history of mankind.

2. According to the «guerrillas», today the gold is stored in vaults; their number is about one hundred and a half. These are gigantic vaults that dwarf Fort Knox. All the vaults are supposedly located in different countries, mainly in the Philippines. There are photos to make the story real, which show the vaults camouflaged from the outside and from the inside (the corridors with countless ingots). How is it that no one in the Philippines and other Asian countries ever knew about the vaults and what was inside? It is almost unbelievable. If the vaults existed, the leaders of the countries would have been tempted to confiscate the «black» gold. It would not have been plunder, but rather a just action. Why should any Dragon Family go to a New York district court when the gold could have been taken in the country where it was stored?

3. Gold was accumulated by the Federal Reserve Banks in the period between the two world wars. Most often, they mention the years 1928, 1934 and 1938. It is known that shortly after the election, President Franklin Delano Roosevelt issued Executive Order No. 6102 of April 5, 1933, which made it mandatory for all individuals and legal entities, including banks, to transfer gold to the US Treasury at a price of about $20 per troy ounce. There was a special warehouse in Fort Knox built for this purpose. Banks received so-called “gold certificates” instead of gold. Private ownership of gold was prohibited in the country for four decades (the ban was lifted under President Nixon). The question arises: how could the Federal Reserve Banks deal with gold in 1934 and 1938, when operations were prohibited in accordance with the presidential executive order?

4. The “guerrillas” claim that the countries of the “Group 77” had their people in the Trustees of Amanah Association. The group included mainly developing countries, was quite influential globally in the 1970s – first half of the 1980s, had influence in the United Nations and positioned itself as an anti-imperialist force actually acting under the auspices of the Soviet Union. Why did the Group 77, which fought against world imperialism, not resort to such a powerful weapon as the Federal Reserve bonds and the reserves of “black” gold on the territory of the member states? Probably, because such a weapon never existed and the whole story related to “black” gold and the bonds of the Federal Reserve System is fabricated accompanied by various kinds of falsifications.
Transformation of real facts and «information product» of conspiracy theory

At the same time, every conspiracy story related to gold has some basis in fact that is distorted beyond recognition. For example, let us take the «compulsory-voluntary» transfer of gold during the Second World War. It really happened. But it was the transfer to the custody of the US, not authorized share capital or bank deposit. There were official agreements concluded, the leaders of the states knew about it. The amount of gold held in stock in the US is known. It was no secret that foreign gold was kept in the vaults of the Federal Reserve in Manhattan.

For example, A. V. Anikin, a historian who was well known in Soviet times, wrote: «The vaults in Manhattan appeared in the 1930s, when many European states faced the threat of Hitler’s invasion and kept part of their gold reserves in New York.

When it became possible for Western Europe and some other countries to exchange their growing dollar reserves for gold, they did not bring it back, but kept it in US custody as a rule. By the end of 1972, the foreign gold reserves stored in the US had risen to 12,700 tons. There were both economic and political reasons for this. Most Western European countries that held gold kept a significant part of their reserves in New York. France was an exception, as tradition and government policy dictate that it keeps its reserves on its territory…

There are up to 20 thousand tons of gold, or about 60% of the accumulated world capitalist reserves, stored in the United States. The amount has barely changed in the 1970s-1980s (A.V. Anakin, Gold: International Economy Aspect, International Affairs, 1988, pp. 98, 100). As you can see, the amount of gold stored in the USA is two times smaller than the amount claimed by the “information guerrillas”.

The topic of foreign gold stored in the United States goes beyond the scope of this article. I just want to note that there are many pressing issues related to this topic. For example, the illegal use of gold by the New York Federal Reserve Bank. But these issues are not of interest to the «guerrillas», the study takes too much time and effort, and the scale is not up to par. The results of such a «study» can be really dangerous.

Another example. 9/11. Independent studies of the so-called terrorist acts show that gold was indeed stored in the vaults of the Trade Center; it did disappear after the skyscrapers fell. But its quantity was quite insignificant. According to the Times Online, there were reserves of gold and silver worth $960 million.

Only $230 million was found as a result of the rescue operations in November 2001. The circumstances were quite strange: the gold was kept in heavy-duty armored Brinks trucks in the tunnel under the Trade Center building. Why was it kept in these vehicles? Who took it, when did it happen, and where was the gold taken? The government never explained. Everything was hushed up and blamed on terrorists. Moreover, the gold stored in the Trade Center was not “black” gold; it had specific owners.

China’s “Countless” Golden Riches

Finally, China’s immense gold wealth is greatly exaggerated. This goes back to the thousand-year history of trade relations with Europe. Trade was unbalanced, exports to Europe often exceeded imports, leading to the accumulation of gold in the country. According to experts (Timothy Green, for example), there were a few hundred or even thousands of tons at best (not hundreds of thousands or even millions of tons as the “guerrillas” claim) accumulated at the beginning of the 19th century.

At the time, this was a huge amount. The West, especially the British, did their best to return the gold. They were largely successful thanks to two opium wars launched by the British and later supported by the French. Little of the fabulous riches remained by the end of the 19th century.

It cannot be completely denied that some countries partially keep gold outside the official reserves, it is not included in the statistics, specially designed secret funds are created, and this is something that a very limited number of state leaders are aware of.

Returning to A.V. Anikin «AS Western experts estimate, the official IMF data on gold excludes some secret and closed funds, especially in oil-exporting countries of the Middle East. According to Green, the estimated secret reserves were equal to 1 thousand tons» (A.V. Anikin, the above-mentioned publications, p.95). Note: it is 1 thousand tons, not 2.4 million tons, according to the estimates of the «guerrillas»!

Cui prodest? (who wins?)

Irregularities arise not only when information about “black” gold is compared with serious scientific sources, but also with various “guerrilla” information. For example, David Wilcock says that Chinese gold was stored under the Twin Towers of the Trade Center in New York. He offers his own new history of the events of 9/11. Benjamin Fulford passionately describes the external and internal appearance of the vaults in the Philippines and other Asian countries where Kuomintang gold is kept.

There are discrepancies regarding other “details”: some call the securities “certificates”, some “bonds”, some say the securities were issued by the US Treasury, some by the Federal Reserve Banks, etc.

The list of irregularities and “discrepancies” can be extended. Personally, I have no doubts, we are dealing with forgeries. What is more interesting: who needs the story of “black” gold? Who is really behind the Dragon Family? Who organizes and coordinates the “information attacks” against the Federal Reserve System? It is hard to believe that the “information guerrillas” are enthusiastic individuals. There is someone who creates the “most favored regime” in the media.

Someone provides them (or uses agents to deliver) expensive fake documents and titles, as well as old chests, boxes and other containers to store them. It takes real art to make them. Finally, someone helps to organize publicly known cases and hire expensive lawyers.

Intuition tells us that this “someone” is the one who brought the Occupy Wall Street movement into the public spotlight a little earlier. Perhaps individuals acting in different countries should not be called “guerrillas” waging a just war of liberation against financial occupiers, but rather conscious saboteurs, used by actors behind the scenes? As if by acting before such suspicions arise, the “guerrillas” say that they act on behalf of:

a. A significant number of generals and senior Pentagon officials, dissatisfied with the Federal Reserve, which has taken power in the country and imposes its foreign and domestic policy on the United States;

b. dozens of countries that had to hand over their gold in a “voluntarily compulsory” manner to the Federal Reserve, later gathered together in the Trustees’ Association (the Trust of Sukarrno);

c. The Dragon Family.

Speaking about the latest version, there are many unclear things. On November 23, 2011, the date the complaint was filed, everyone was sure that the wealthy Chinese Kuomintang were behind the Dragon Family. But in April 2012, Benjamin Fulford, one of the most well-known «guerrillas», resolutely disassociated himself from the Dragon Family supporters, saying that the Rothschilds, Rockefellers and other major shareholders of the Federal Reserve System were behind it.

There is something, perhaps obscurely, expressed between the lines: nowadays the era of paper money is over, the world oligarchs are toying with the idea of ​​returning to the gold standard in the new turn of history. To achieve this goal, gold must leave its clandestine storage locations and become white instead of “black”. Although it is not clear how the Rothschilds and Rockefellers will use the gold they do not have. But I think that “effective solutions” will be found here in the near future. The intriguing development of events progresses as if in an action movie.

Let’s not rush to any ready-made answers. My cautious guess is that conspiracy-related publications devoted to global finance should not be trusted too much. Still, it seems that they will multiply by leaps and bounds.
