I mentioned yesterday the DNA activations coming in & today the blue ray activation. Everything is being magnified with the solar eclipse on Saturday. Grounding is essential for your pillar as you are a vessel that brings light onto this planet or you would not incarnate here. Legs can feel the surge on the root chakra, headaches and ear ringing from pineal & pituitary activations. The optic thalamus is receiving light and attuning the eyes. Throat chakra activations of neck pain or coughing and nausea that can come from the solar plexus. High heart and heart activations will increase palpations.
Going from carbon based DNA to krystalline silica will have ascension symptoms. Breathwork slowly through the nose, centering in the now, laying in the grass, salt baths, intentionally connecting to core of the planet to ground, barefoot, fruit, meditation and water are helpful.
