Golden Light Inside of You
The colors that are around you are reminding you about the Golden Light inside of you. It resonates with a very heartfelt, very soft joy. You know that fall and winter are coming. There is so much love, light and beauty in the change of the seasons, in the seasons of life and the circular process of life. It is the time when you understand that everything is one, going out of one and coming back to one. No matter what part of life, part of this big picture you are playing right now, you are also the whole picture at the same time. It is time to be very generous. It is a time of receiving, gratitude and sharing.
It is also a reminder about the magnetic field on Gaia. When you watch the birds flying, they are going through the magnetic lines of Gaia. It is interesting to see how they find their orientation. The same way you can find your Path through the electromagnetic field that is around you, while you are pursuing your goal, destination and fulfilment of Creator’s plan on earth.
It is also an interesting reminder on many parts of Gaia when the water from above is going back to the water on the surface and water under earth. This is circular movement of water that is happening around you that is bringing everything to its natural, final position before it comes back into the circle. It brings everything to Gaia to make it fruitful and productive for the next year. Impregnating it with the energy of space through the drops of rain that are coming from above with the little, tiny meteorites or star dust in every drop of water.

I have been witnessing these shifts for a while now. We go through certain passages, small and large, and with those passages, the frequencies shift.
The last big shift was felt in the beginning of June. I wrote back then that these energies would stay with us until the end of August.
And here we are: another turnaround.
And with it, a new passage begins.
And what I currently feel is that it will last for about the next five months.
This time, it’s going to be a bit of a calmer passage, if you will.
That doesn’t mean nothing is happening.
By far not. But the quality, the pace will be a different one.
Upgrades and expansion will continue to happen, but in a more balanced, more grounded way.
Shorter islands, like yesterday, with quite piercing, intense energies — and after that, it flattens rather quickly and gives us time for integration.
Ironically, you may find that this same period may actually allow for inner and outer quantum leaps.
We can only manifest what we ground.
No matter if this is consciousness, new gifts, or anything in the material world.
I had an incarnation many, many thousands of years ago. I remember myself as a child, having prophetic visions and downloads as I was tapping into vast cosmic fields, stargates, and Gaia’s third eye.
However, I didn’t have the grounding to actually deal with these vast cosmic powers, and hence each of these downloads came with an epileptic seizure.
Now, as we are rising again.
Our consciousness expanding.
Our higher senses opening and activating rapidly — grounding is key.
And Gaia is supporting us.
Her energies are amplifying, and we now receive much more high energy from within the Earth. Energies that help us anchor and bring spirit down to Earth.
Yesterday, though, wasn’t Earth.
It was cosmic.
It had quite a new quality.
For me personally, rather uncomfortable while we were in it.
But beautifully expansive after.
I will share more on this new set of frequencies as we go.
Currently they focus much on the throat and the lower chakras.
Again, our grounding.
Our sense of inner safety.
Our embodiment.
Our expression.
Much clearing is happening here. On every level.
Fast turnarounds.
So even when the next months may feel comparably light to what we just moved through over the past months, the expansion will still happen.
And possibly be felt in a much more tangible way.
Now, as everything settles and gets the necessary time to anchor and materialize, the effects of steady inner and energetic work may have room to expand and shine.
It may also turn out as a good practice to not always wait for the next big event, which can easily become its own kind of addiction, or call for salvation.
We are the event.
Everything is already happening.
The shift is happening.

The Universe Looks Different When Love Is Looking
You humans are very talented observers. You observe people, relationships, situations, faces, voices, clothes, choices, messages, silences, and even the way someone walks into a room, and within seconds your mind has already created an entire documentary about what everything means. We find this rather adorable.
The mind loves to categorize, compare, interpret, and decide, because this is how it has learned to navigate your world, yet you have another way of seeing available to you, and this way of seeing changes your entire experience.
You can look with love. Here is a very simple practice that we invite you to try.
Whenever you notice your mind judging someone, simply ask:
“How can I see this with love?”
Then become quiet for a moment and allow another perspective to arrive.
You may see someone speaking loudly and your mind immediately creates a judgment about them. Ask, “How can I see this with love?” and suddenly you may sense a person who deeply wishes to be heard, someone whose heart has been waiting for attention for a very long time.
You may see someone constantly talking about their achievements and think, “Here we go again.” Then you ask the question, and perhaps you begin to see a child who once felt invisible and discovered that being impressive was a way to receive love.
You may see someone moving very slowly in front of you while you are in a hurry, and your mind becomes impatient. Ask the question again, and perhaps you suddenly see an older soul enjoying the feeling of the sun on their face, reminding you that life was never meant to be rushed through.
You may look at your own body and immediately begin finding things to improve. Ask, “How can I see this with love?” and perhaps you see a faithful companion that has carried you through every experience, every heartbreak, every adventure, every meditation, every laugh, and every embrace.
This is the magic of the question. The situation may remain exactly the same, while the one who is looking has changed.
And when the one who is looking changes, the world you experience changes with you.
Make this playful. Catch your mind creating stories and smile. Ask the question as if you are changing the lens of a camera.
“How can I see this with love?”
Again.
“How can I see this with love?”
You will discover something beautiful. Love has a much wider field of vision than judgment.
Judgment sees one moment and creates a conclusion. Love sees the journey, the history, the longing, the fear, the courage, the beauty, and the soul behind the behavior.
And the more often you practice this, the more naturally your perception begins to soften.
Eventually, you may find yourself entering a room and seeing souls before personalities, stories before behaviors, and possibilities before conclusions.
Then life becomes much more interesting. And, dear ones, much more fun. So play with us today.
Look at the person who irritates you. Look at the situation you wish would change. Look at the part of yourself you keep trying to improve.
And ask:
“How can I see this with love?”
Stay curious. Stay open.
Allow love to show you what the mind was too busy explaining.

YOUR HEART WAS NEVER MEANT TO BECOME SMALLER AFTER EVERYTHING YOU’VE LIVED 
SOMETIMES COMPLETION MAKES MORE ROOM FOR LOVE

Sometimes after disappointment, loss, or an exhausting chapter, we protect ourselves by becoming smaller. We love more cautiously. Dream less freely. Expect less. We keep a little piece of the heart behind a wall because we remember what happened the last time we opened it completely. But completion was never meant to turn the heart into a fortress.
And perhaps this is why memories may feel closer today. A person, a song, a place, or another version of yourself may suddenly return to your awareness. Before assuming that you want the past back, ask what your heart is actually remembering. Maybe you miss feeling loved. Maybe you miss feeling free. Maybe you miss tenderness, adventure, belonging, creativity, or joy. The past does not own any of those feelings.
This is one of the deeper gifts within the 9 frequencies of completion. We can release what exhausted us without releasing our capacity to love. We can leave an old relationship without closing the heart that once loved within it. We can outgrow a dream without losing our ability to dream. What completes can make more room within us, not less.
The meeting of Cancer’s emotional waters with the creative current between Venus and Jupiter beautifully supports this possibility. Divine Intelligence does not need to reconstruct yesterday to return beauty to our lives. Love can arrive differently. Joy can find another entrance. Creativity can awaken again. Sometimes what initially feels like emptiness is simply new space that has not yet discovered what belongs there.
So as we move another step closer to 9/9, do not measure your healing only by what you have managed to leave behind. Notice what is returning too: your tenderness, your curiosity, your desire to create, your willingness to love, your capacity to be surprised by life again. You did not complete those old chapters so that your world could become smaller. Perhaps you completed them because your heart was finally ready for more room. Have a lovely weekend. Much love.
