My body felt so weak a couple days ago, I thought it was finally completely conking out and I went into altered state and my funnel web visited me and I bawled my eyes out crying after not seeing her for a couple of years and while I was in altered state, she carried me down her hole on her back deep into the earth ❤
❤ I put my 5 Andaras in a flower shape on top of my book – ‘The Emerald Tablets of Thoth The Atlantean’ today but my Andaras Don’t look like ‘The Duat’ (the symbol of Amenti) in that arrangement because of their shape. They look more like a flower. Anyway, I had them on floor next to me like that while I was laying on lounge and I had something to eat then walk back out to loungeroom and the energy coming out of the Andaras on top of the book looked like it was materialising into The Great Pyramid except small but I got distracted by music so I turn music off and sit on floor with The Book and Andaras in the flower shape on book. The energy coming out started materialising again like a Mystical Vision forming Egypt but small like only about 3 times the size of the book ❤ Been feeling connected to The Great Pyramid ❤ I’m totally exhausted again now ❤

So many people are having physiological, mental, and emotional discomforts as humanity experiences transformation from carbon form to crystalline. These are both necessary cleansings and upgradings of DNA. To be comforted during these wonderful yet intense times, I offer the following information: 1.) Learn a meditation technique, and perform it daily; 2.) Wear the essential oils of Lavender, Ylang-Ylang, Tangerine, and Frankincense over the heart chakra to alleviate palpitations; 3.) Wear any of these gemstones to calm the nervous system: Green Jade, Turquoise, Lepidolite, or Chrysocolla; 4.) Immerse yourself in warm bath water into which you place a few drops of each of the oils mentioned previously; 5.) Eat organic fruits, veggies, grains, seeds, and nuts; 6.) Drink lots of water to keep well hydrated and oxygenated; 7.) Do light exercises like Yoga stretches and Tai Chi; 8.) Listen to soft, relaxing music–not loud rock or rap; 9.) Try to keep in-touch with at least three people who have an elevated consciousness and who also meditate and pray daily; 10.) Journal about your feelings and experiences and about what you are learning about cosmic events. Consider these tips “Sacred Sustenance”. Much will continue to occur in weeks, months, and years to come as we continue to elevate higher with Earth and receive increased frequencies of SOURCE LIGHT.
