Giving Your Body Permission for Cellular Release & Activation
Many are feeling uncomfortable in their bodies right now because the exponential increase in Light frequencies is pushing up all which needs to be released from our cellular memory. Because this is currently occurring spontaneously and en masse – or are at least attempting to – I have been guided to share freely and publicly the guidance that I give to all of my clients before each healing session to assure that their cellular release unfolds to its fullest potential.
The most important thing you can do is to give your body permission to do whatever it needs to do for your tissues to release what may be a lifetime – or more – of fear and/or trauma from your cellular memory. Your body has its own inner wisdom which is highly tuned in to the sensitivities of your psyche. Your body will not do anything which it knows is going to cause fear in the moment, which will in turn stop and even reverse your healing processes.
I was once told that pain only comes with resistance. This changed everything for me. Once, when I was having a great deal of pain and discomfort from a very deep “past” life trauma, a very special dolphin told me to simply give it permission to release, and it worked like magic. We hope that this information inspires you to give your body permission for cellular release so that you may navigate this planetary and collective shift with much greater ease, grace, and comfort.
With your permission and with your utmost gratitude, your body is capable of releasing aeons of fear and trauma in a short amount of linear time, but in order for it to do so you will need to be in a state of relaxation, and you will also need to allow yourself to feel things you may never have felt before.
Below are the two most common signs of tissue release. It is advised that when you feel either of them beginning, you surrender fully to the process, place your hands gently upon the source, allow the feeling to expand to its fullest potential, and allow it to continue until it stops on its own.
1. Heat: As your individual cells and molecules increase their oscillation, it produces a beautiful feeling of warmth which often unfurls like a flower, releasing all which is no longer needed.
2. Pulsing: Like a heartbeat in different parts of your body, especially along the spine, within the head, the neck, the energy centers (chakras), and sometimes throughout the entire body if you surrender deeply to the process. Can become quite powerful during a highly successful release.
Heat and pulsing may occur simultaneously during a deep cellular release.
Less common occurrences:
3. Twitching. Indicative of a lot of energy releasing all at once, often due a larger trauma from beyond this lifetime condensing into linear time, such as from a “past” human lifetime, a non-human lifetime, or a collective trauma.
4. Tingling. Can vary in sensation, and can be indicative of either a release or of an activation of higher energies or frequencies.
5. Cooling. Least common but not unknown to happen. While heat indicates expansion, cooling indicates contraction. We find this when an energy center or an area of the body is overactive and needs to cool off.

You are aware that it is your combined efforts, your ever-increasing light quotient that has brought about the unveiling of truth.

This is your sacred undertaking, a pilgrimage to Gaia to set her and humanity free.

re THE GREAT SHIFT
Firstly, a huge THANK YOU to all those light workers who have brought the global US to this tentative point on the spiral inwards and outwards to TRANSFORMATION. Without YOU there would be no shift happening.
Secondly, I have increasingly been noticing a nuance of consciousness within my own soul, that of course is within us all to some degree. ‘Better the devil you know’ is the saying and it is so true, because when we know the enemy we conquer the enemy.
I am talking about that tiny little, all too often unheard, voice within that does NOT want things to change. Why? Because that level or size of change is just too scary. It requires utter faith in a higher power that will not change things so much that we wouldn’t be able to cope, that we would freak out and possibly lose all that we have worked so hard for. Will we lose everything? Will we crash back where we began, in the pits of pain?
It’s a scary thought, and it’s designed to scare the living wits out of us so that we cry out in desperation that something is still not healed, still not ready, still not seen and heard.
And it is the EGO big time. It is the ego that abused the wounded child within in order to convince us that being sick, or noticed or different in some way, is the ONLY way that we can exist because if we are not sick or noticed or different then we may just lose everything.
All those years of healing, of loving yourself well again…. we are afraid that they will be for nothing and that we really always were worth nothing. Oh the ego! It is so smart.
But the way I am looking at it is – when our value of self crashed to the rocks we began a long period of illusion/ego, and now that we have seen through those illusions of self we are right back at the moment of ERROR – where it all began….. and NOW we do NOT make the same mistake again.
We are worthy of the highest love because we ARE Love.
We are worthy of being seen because we ARE the seer.
We are worthy of everything because we ARE everything.
And we are the masters of nothingness because we ARE nothing.
The ego cannot pull that particular wool over my eyes any longer…how about you?

The Presence of Mary Magdalene and the Story of “Sacred Union” 
It was Mary Magdalene who carried the energy and the teachings of the Christ Consciousness into western Europe through France.
When Mary Magdalene settled in France, she began the work of holding the Christ Light through her presence as part of the Christed “Twin Flame” energy, as well as sharing the energy of the message of the teachings of the Christ Consciousness.
This basic message was Peace, Abundance and Unconditional Love, and the knowledge that a time would come when the Earth would be filled with a species of Humans who would carry the Christ
Consciousness and who would manifest the Golden Age of Peace and Harmony. In order to share the energy and the teachings, Mary Magdalene travelled extensively and worked as a Teacher and a Leader. The heritage of Feminine Spiritual Leadership and Divine Beauty that was her energy still lingers in the tradition of “Amour courtoisie” and the heritage of the Troubadours, musicians and poets who celebrated the joys of courtly love and the radiant beauty of the Lady.
Of course, after the Catholic crusades and the inquisition, very little remained of this heritage, and the energies of “courtly love” and the stories of the “Holy Grail” are poorly received and understood by scholars today.
In its most simple form, this is the essence of what Mary Magdalene brought to France. She taught her understanding of the Sacred or Twin Flame Union as a model for Sacred Union. She knew that this form of “Spiritual Marriage”, based on the Service of the Light, would become a pattern or Template for relationship and union in the coming Golden Age, or as we would term it, the “New Earth”.
She also taught that the human body itself was the “Holy Grail”, the vessel or container of the Soul and Spirit and the Divine Essence of God. When the Consciousness within the Sacred Vessel of Matter was of a sufficiently high vibration, then that Matter would be transmuted into Angelic Light and the Human Being would become a Human Angel.
The Human Angel would have an aura or energetic body of Golden Light, they would indeed become the Golden Chalice or “Holy Grail”.
In her teachings, every human was capable of raising consciousness to the level where this Angelic transmutation would be possible. But, she knew that it would take time for this vibrational frequency to enter into the Collective Consciousness, and for Humans to evolve sufficiently to be able to hold this
Golden Light of Divine Consciousness within the Human Chalice.
In fact, it would take two thousand years before there would be enough humans to populate the Planet, and that these humans would have developed sufficiently to be able to create a way of becoming a single Planetary Heart and Mind, so that the entire Planet could be lifted into the Golden Light and that the Planet herself could become a Grail of Golden Light.
Mary Magdalene knew, that there would be energies and forces that would work against the new evolution of Consciousness, but she knew too that her teachings and her energy would survive in this place, and that they would be carried out into the New World when the time came for humans to migrate across the Oceans from Western Europe and to discover the “family” of Humanity in the Indigenous Peoples of the Planet who still held the Sacred Earth teachings.
She knew that when the time was right, these Sacred Earth teachings would be shared with the peoples of the West, and that this would help them to raise their consciousness and to learn how to become caretakers for the Planet in this new Golden Age.
And so, as her legacy for this process of transformation, she left the teachings of the Twin Flame and Sacred Union.
She knew that this would be needed at this time of Consciousness shift, for the Masculine energy that was needed to populate the Planet would have come to dominate to such an extent that it would be necessary to bring back the Feminine energy and to create the balance needed to create true “Sacred Union”, and to implement the Golden Grid of Twin Flame Union that would hold the Geometrical Pattern or Template for the Golden Energy of Twin Flame Love.
But, as a Wise Woman, Mary Magdalene also knew the importance of working with the Elemental energies and respecting the energies of Nature. In the Languedoc and parts of Southern Europe where her teachings were strongest, there is still a powerful Elemental energy that manifests from time to time as “apparitions” of the “Divine Feminine” that are associated with powerful healings and miracles.
These energies are related to the still vibrant natural “magic” of the Elementals in these areas, and the power of the Divine Feminine that can still break through the repressions of the Conscious Mind, even in the dark energies of the past times.
For the “Christ Consciousness” as taught by Mary Magdalene is seated in the Heart. It is the Heart that carries the Higher Frequencies of Love and Joy and Peace, and it is only by opening the
Heart that we can achieve the Consciousness of the Grail within ourselves and then be ready to share that with others.

The Land of the Free
This is the second night I have dreamt about America. Both very potent and a lot of symbolism. The first night it was a war zone. I know many where assisting and rescuing a lot of soul from these zones… there was a lot of chaos, so many disorientated but I know there was big movements within those fields of consciousness and Grids.
This morning again I was dreaming of America. 3 bald Eagles appeared, peering through a window. 3 being significant. But without a doubt Freedom was at the forefront. I don’t get involved in American politics, like all politics it’s messy. But I do know my dreams are always symbolic, that’s how spirit guide me in what I do collectively and what I am involved in. Trump was in one of the dreams, he was assisting. I could see shadow elements to what he was involved in. So please I’m not in anyway suggesting I’m a Trump supporter, I stay out of those arenas.
But the 3 Bald Eagles I know represented 3 potential political leaders. Who carry the ethos of power, strength and freedom. I’m interested to see what unfolds. For months spirit has given me one metaphor I am living by daily… Hidden in Plain Sight . I have wrote about this a few times.
Eagles represent higher vision and power. Also they fly above the storms, so it could get more messy in America. So remember the Eagle flys above the storms, it looks for the higher vision in all things. It knows that the real picture is hidden in plain sight. Expect things to totally flip around and collapse before your eyes. Only to reveal different directions and outcomes.

Been feeling a bit floaty today, like I am walking on air.
