So not only did Kuwait revalue its currency by candlelight, it did so under dark skies filled with toxic fumes and a devastated economy!
Speaking of Kuwait’s economy, Kuwait’s inflation rate in 1991 ironically rose to 6.49% as a direct consequence of the invasion. Iraq’s inflation rate has fallen to 3.90% today, partly as a consequence of the 2020 exchange rate reduction.
The point is that Kuwait’s inflation rate in 1991, when they revalued, was almost double Iraq’s inflation rate today! Even a first year economics student knows that increasing purchasing power and decreasing banknotes numerically is a mechanism that stimulates and grows the economy, NOT to control hyperinflation, so what Iraq is working on is not a Lop, their inflation rate is controlled!
The general point I am making is that KUWAIT revalued its currency under very unstable conditions socially, politically, environmentally and economically. They needed to rebuild their country and they understood the basic premise “you rebuild your currency FIRST, then rebuild your country”.
However, I must admit that there may be two powerful factors in the Iraqi efforts to reestablish and revalue their currency that Kuwait did not face. 1. A “Complex Global Currency Reset Effort” at its back. 2. It was not tied to a somewhat timid ideology of the US Administration. In 1991, the “money boys were in power in the US”, this really does make a difference in how obstacles are overcome in financial and political matters! No pun intended, just years of neutral observations. Idealism (analysis = paralysis) and $$$ money $$$ make strange bedfellows!

The IQD RV/RI effort is very real and has been attempted multiple times in 2011, 2013, 2017 etc. by IRAQ and the PTB over the past 20 years; as reported last month.

THIS EFFORT IS NOT A COUP!!! IT IS NOT A LOP!!! IT IS NOT A CBI PROGRAM RATE CHANGE!!! BUT A LIFTING OF THE 3 ZEROS AND A CHANGE IN VALUE ALL TOGETHER!!! A REER!!!!!! SEE BELOW!
QUOTE FROM REPORT: “In April 2012, the CoM indefinitely postponed plans for a currency reform that would have removed three zeros from the Iraqi dinar by 2013 and required the issuance of new currency notes. The reform would have made the dinar worth slightly less than $1. It is currently worth less than a tenth of a cent.” DROP THE MIC! That’s almost 1 to 1 IN IRAQ!! In your country, it would be higher due to the parity principle!!
One more notion we need to clarify is that Iraq’s official rate of 1310 to 1 and the “Illegal Parallel Market Rate” of 1500 to 1 “need to come closer or completely in line before Iraq can unify the rate and revalue its currency.” Seriously? The Turkmenistan RV model used by the IMF clearly shows that the so-called parallel market rate in Turkmenistan had a spread of over 6000 manats between the official rate and the parallel rate when they successfully unified the two rates on May 1, 2008. The IQD has a spread of less than 2000 today! Just do it!
Furthermore, Turkmenistan’s project included a change in the REER rate first, then a little later they introduced their new lower denominations. It’s a big problem if the real lower denominations are released before the rate; not only because they would be worthless, but more importantly, it would allow counterfeiters to get their filthy little hands on the notes and torpedo the currency reform with fake notes! No CBI would make such an amateur mistake!
The CBI will release commercials and certain photographs first in the last phase of education, as the Iraqi Prime Minister announced on TV Wednesday, close to the new rate.

– or from one of the Funds in 176 bank accounts spread across 42 countries.

9. This is why Redemption is the “final destination” of ALL Historical Assets. I am getting news that Iraq is ready to list the Dinar on Forex today. If that happens, the RV will start. I am told that they will start after midnight tonight. And when that happens, it will be real and exciting for all of us.
The first things to go are the German titles and the Yellow Dragon titles this week!!
It will take a few days for them to arrive and the rest of the titles will arrive in the next few days.
There have been requests for ALL BANKS IN THE WORLD to activate QFS on all bank accounts. Get ready for it!
There will be some funds in that QFS from Nesara Gesara, so check those funds in your bank! I think it all comes at once.
The Precatorias have a geopolitical problem in Brazil with the ruler – IMO I think it’s all bullshit – just a delaying tactic. IMO they are just waiting to start with the rest of us like a shotgun launch. The Precatorias are a F&P and are not part of the rescue process. It is considered a blessing that they are technically in the trailer.

Huge platforms have been completed and in a few days they will be paid for.
Many bondholders and foundations have received their notices and are flying to Reno or their respective platforms.
The Precatórios have not yet been released, as they are causing a lot of stress to their members.
The report of the Precatórios being released to your Brazilian people was misinformation , as I spoke to the leaders and they later confirmed to me that it was not true. Please remember that the leaders of this platform or any platform have no control over the release of the funds, as the orders come from the treasury.
They are confident that within a few days these funds will be released and believe this is a deliberate plan to release the funds all at once = SHOTGUN RELEASE. They are having a big meeting with all their members this weekend to inform their members of what is happening.
There are also rumors saying that they are waiting for the fiat system to fall, for all platforms to activate and for the QFS to start. Which we are very close to.
The EBS is imminent as I spoke to a contact in New York and he assured me that there is a military presence in New York and there is a huge hotel where most of the military is staying. This is not just in New York but in several cities across the US. This has nothing to do with Trump’s arrest as the judge has already forwarded President Trump’s sentencing after the election.
I suggest everyone start stocking up on food and water as we will be under martial law for 10 days or more. We will finally see the truth on our phones and TV about what these criminals have done to us for over 200 years.

JANE: Good morning, today is September 8, 2024. I wanted to say that we are so happy to hear from Dr. Tom since we were last together. Okay, Zaraya/Billie, I know you have a wonderful message today, so go ahead.
JANE: Thank you, Zaraya. Okay, I know Dr. Tom is waiting, so we’ll call him now.
DR. TOM: Good morning!
JANE: Good morning, Dr. Tom, it seems like a long time since we last saw you. We miss you and we thank you for being with us and we appreciate you.
DR. TOM: I missed you too. Let’s talk about a brief update that I just got from Mr. Shelton. Right now there’s a lot of misinformation and a lot of gurus saying that this is going to happen this weekend and blah blah blah and it really hurts the community and especially people who are going through tough times.
I have the New Calendar now and the World Court is in the process of approving the RV. Decisions are being made. Money is going through the gates. They say they want everything to start before the end of the fiscal year, which is October 1st, so it is expected by the end of this month. The distribution system is an analog system and decisions need to be made on that.
Right now and for the next week, 1 or 2% of the emergency funds around the world are being prepared. This is money that has been needed for many years in very devastated areas. This will come out as soon as the audit is done and it is verified that everything is okay.
The military is getting paid. They need their money. The legal side is getting paid. The media is starting to expose the QFS and a bit of a possible EBS. We are in a slow rollout. It is not going to happen fast. The White Hats are in charge. There are 6 major generals who are running the show.
NESARA is preparing to release the first funds for mortgages and student loans. There are over 100 organizations that have passed the test and received funding, these are organizations involved in Humanitarian Projects.
Criminal activities such as money laundering are now being observed.
Iraq was here last week sorting out things that have to do with their country, nothing really related to VR, more about BRICS and other things. The treasury notes are being tested and in the banks, the top officials were in training last week and hopefully they will move on to training the people employed at lower levels.
T4B, which is us, they’re trying to make it happen by the end of this fiscal year, so by the end of this month. There are 27 payment categories, we’re the last one and we’re hoping it will be by the end of this month.
The World Court has to approve the release of emergency funds and there is a lot of information, although everything is happening in private sectors: the gold standard, the QFs, everything is being prepared to be known publicly.
JANE: I know we’re waiting for the audience. We’re not there yet, right?
DR TOM: Well, what they’re going to do is they’re going to release the Emergency Funds around the world first that are part of NESARA and we expect them to be released next week. Basically, the way I see it is that when you talk about it politically, we don’t have any government that’s running the show. We haven’t had it for over 100 years. The phony administration that we have there, you know, there’s no corporations anymore. It’s all really a show so that they can wrap it up in the New Constitution and to do that we have to do away with that system.
Whoever comes: the military, Trump, whoever… we must end this system and this fake administration.
I’ll give you a scenario here: Let’s say we have an election – which I don’t think we will – but we could and suddenly Trump in January starts dismantling the system, so they’ll blame him for this whole mess… So they have to do it now, when it’s going down…
That’s why the emergency funds, which the Chinese elders have been distributing all over the world, when the system goes down, it needs a safe place to fall to help the people of the world wake up to what’s going on: crime, covid, the banking system, the food industry, everything… for the last 100 years…
This is where we are: once the World Court approves, blocks and releases the codes, it goes straight to Forex.
JANE: That was very good information.
DR TOM: They’re not giving any information that it will be tomorrow, we don’t know. But I hope by the end of this month and in my opinion it will be early October… it has to happen soon, so we’re in a very good place.
(Dr. Tom then gave health advice: drink a healthy shake, exercise, go to nature, drink mineral water, stretch your limbs, put your bare feet on the ground. All this and even more so if you eat animal meat, because eating meat lowers your body’s vibrations)
JANE: Oh, wonderfully said. I loved what you said to us and this part is very important for every day. When you start your morning, doing these things helps a lot and you shouldn’t put it off.
DR. TOM: No more bad food and also no more disconnecting from our phones. We are so used to being on technology all the time.
JANE: That’s right. Here’s a question for you.
Q: When you talk about emergency funds being distributed around the world, does that have to do with retirement or with NESARA sometime in October?
DR. TOM: It has to do with countries that have been at war and are in very difficult and violent situations. The retirement money and what was unfairly taken from us, I think it will be given later when things get miserable… It’s all over the world and although they’re not giving out much information about it…
JANE: It also has to do with debt forgiveness and I hope that will arrive or be delivered before the end of this month.
Q: And what happened to the prosperity programs that started 30 years ago…?
DR TOM: Well, those are part of the 27 tiers of payments that are supposed to be made before the RV or at the same time… that’s what I’ve heard. And I know they released payments for farm claims and that was part of the emergency funds.
JANE: Well, Dr. Tom, thank you and it’s always a pleasure to have you with us.
This part of the show is for you and those who want to share about the amazing projects you’ve created. I want to mention that you watch “Albert Einstein and the Bomb” on Netflix. It’s very revealing what’s discussed there because it has to do with nuclear war and the formula for it. The only reason I mention it is because we have the QFS and Q stands for quantum. This system has consciousness. (Jane is referring to a quantum technology that has been developed that can be used for good and evil. It’s what the bad guys did in Hawaii where they have laser beams pointed at certain areas to affect them.)
Okay, now I’m going to open the line to see if anyone wants to share their projects.
Q: I want to provide homes for homeless people living on the streets. I want to give them a mentor to guide them so that they don’t fall into the same situation they are in. There are many abandoned houses that can be renovated and donated to these people.
JANE: Okay, for this particular project, first focus on what area of your state you want to start. Then you need to hire an architect to do the renovation (and a real estate agent and the contractor who will do the renovation). You also need a project manager to do all of this work for you. Have you planned all of this out?
Q: No…
JANE: That’s why we’re doing this program. It’s to guide you through what you need to prepare for. When you hire a project manager or a private secretary, that’s part of the solution to the problem, the problem being homelessness. You also need to figure out how much money you’re going to allocate to that project. Another thing you need to keep in mind is that we’re going to be dealing with 3D and how you’re going to educate these people so they don’t fall into the same trap again.
Q: I am planning to hire mentors who will help educate these people.
JANE: Okay, your intention is very good and you are a spiritual being and you need to keep in mind that you are going to be working in 3D and for that reason you need assistance in hiring a secretary, manager, assistant, lawyer, architect, etc… and putting it all in your Trust. Remember not to use your name on your Trust because with the amount of money that will be used in these projects, we need to be under the radar. You would be the project manager and the other people would be the ones to bring the project into manifestation.
Q: I want to share what Archangel Michael said: find out what projects are already being worked on and support them with money to help them. As you explained, starting a project from scratch is huge and takes a lot out of a person. That’s why I wanted to share that it’s better to support with money what is already working, as it would take less time to resolve that situation.
JANE: Okay, let’s bring Zorra in for a moment. Hello Zorra, before we finish, can you send an energy pulse?

For example: if I want to make a person lose their memory, the dark ones use “wave technology” to affect that person… How will we be able to keep them from hurting us, especially the lightworkers who will be making these changes?
ZORRA: They don’t need to worry because they are under Galactic protection.
JANE: mmmm…. well, I don’t know how much protection we have from them because they used biological weapons and many ascended because of that…. Supposedly we are moving towards higher states…
ZORRA: And they are moving towards higher vibrations…
Q: This technology is called Scalar Radiant Waves and I need to do more research on it. The message Zaraya read is that they would bombard us with very, very high frequencies… and that when they turned off the switch, we would get our memories back…
JANE: Can you explain further?
FOX: Everyone is getting brighter with the days knowing who and what they are and negativity will be a thing of the past
JANE: It will be a separation of densities, correct?
FOX: Yes. It is an awakening to your knowledge that you are Gods or Goddesses and all that is negative will disappear. You should expect a more peaceful and calm existence on your surface and that will soon happen and negativity will no longer exist.
JANE: I have a question: a lot of the masses are on their phones and their 3D stuff…
FOX: The masses are waking up…
JANE: What you’re saying is that people are waking up without realizing it?
FOX: That’s right. Understand that every day that passes more people are waking up and when we reach critical mass… and they’re getting very close…
JANE: I thought we were already there…
ZORRA: Many of you are and many of you are not…
JANE: OK, so if I ask you to tell us what percentage of people are still going to wake up before the end of this year… out of the 8 billion, how many do you think?
ZORRA: 95% and they would like 100%, but now it’s 95%
JANE: Wow… that’s big!
ZORRA: That’s right.
JANE: And that will be by the end of this year when we have the galactic announcement?
So, take this time to really meditate and take good care of this container that you borrowed.
And the more you do that, the more you focus on the positive side of things, the things that you can contribute to by being who you are, because each one of you, each one of us is a God, a Goddess, which is huge in terms of who you really are and the more you start calling yourself a Goddess, the more you say wow, this is huge. The more you do that, the more you start and move forward.

The Sun in Virgo is in exact square with Saturn in Pisces. The pressure is on, to clean up our identity. We are uncovering the darkest secrets, but also the Lightest Light. We are coming into who we are, and reclaiming our treasures, out from underneath the rubble of the Piscean Age. This Saturn retrograde is about clearing up the old patterns, so they are blooming in our face. It’s so we can write a new story.
Venus just crossed over the South Node and Black Moon Lilith in Libra, bringing up hidden secrets about how we have been betrayed by those we trusted the most. The darkness in all of us is rising to the surface to be seen and healed as we continue through this era of planetary purge. Mercury is now direct and traveling through the end of the sign of Leo for the third and final time. Mercury just made his third square with Uranus in Taurus of this retrograde season. We are stirring the pot and moving the waters. Mars in Cancer is calling forth Mother’s warriors. It is time for things to start flowing our way again.
We know that Pluto is back in Capricorn, but it’s only for a short couple of months. This is our last stand against the false authority structures. Pluto just had an exact sextile with Neptune. This is bringing the magic. We are facing down the scariest bullies, and yet we have The Mother on our side. We know she wins. This sextile is reminding us of the beautiful and magical possibilities brewing just beyond the curtain of the bad movie that is playing out in the world. We are unwinding the past so we never have to live those toxic loops, ever again.
Neptune is also in sextile to Uranus in Taurus bringing forward the key issue of our times, whether we feel worthy and deserving of our spiritual inheritance, which also translates to physical abundance. The Sun and then Mercury will be coming into opposition with Neptune, making a kite shape, later in the month. It is time to rise up and take flight into new realities.
