There are so many beams of energy and Light coming to Gaia now, from different directions ie star systems, star families, and ascended masters. These beams of Light or beams of Love are creating the fabric or the structure from which humanity will grow and bloom like ivy. Dear friends, after yesterday’s Schumann / field check-in, it became very clear that many sensitives are feeling the current energies strongly in the body. Many shared similar experiences from different parts of the world: fatigue, pressure, vivid dreams, ringing in the ears, emotional waves, body heaviness, restlessness, sleep disruption, muscle tension, headaches, and a stronger need for quiet, grounding, and protection.
This is why energetic sensitivity needs to be held with care. When the field feels active, it can be tempting to keep looking outward for explanations, signs, charts, symptoms, confirmations, or collective validation. And sometimes those things can help us understand what may be moving through the field. But after a certain point, the deeper question becomes: how do I protect my energy while my body and nervous system are processing so much?
After the 5/5 Portal, the beginning of Pluto retrograde in Aquarius, and this current wave of heightened sensitivity, many may feel as if the body is still trying to reorganize, release, integrate, and recalibrate. The mind may want to decode everything, but the body may simply be asking for rest, hydration, stillness, clearer boundaries, less noise, less absorption, and more energetic protection.
This is especially important for sensitives, because feeling the field does not mean we are meant to carry the field. We can notice collective energy without absorbing it. We can feel a shift without losing our center. We can be aware of strong currents without letting them take command of the nervous system, the emotions, or the inner dialogue.
