Friends, how are you feeling today?

The field is beginning to settle after the powerful downloads of July 17 and 18.

What came through during those two days feels different from anything we have experienced before. This was not simply a stronger burst of energy. It was a new quality of energy becoming available to our changing energetic structures.

 I read these downloads as light codes carrying the energy of the Absolute itself, at a much higher frequency, with a higher informational capacity and greater energetic density than what we have worked with before.

They resonate with the unique code of each soul, and they do more than transmit information. Through resonance, they begin a deeper recalibration, helping each person align more closely with their own unique soul frequency, soul essence, and soul path.

This feels like an important step in the collective shift, and we can congratulate ourselves.

 We have reached another level of this spiral. A new layer of energy has become accessible to humanity because we have grown, and from what I read in the field, this frequency will remain present.

Throughout this year, we have been moving through a major restructuring of consciousness and energy. Much of this work first happened on the subtle levels, but what has been preparing there is now beginning to show itself more clearly in physical reality.

For many people, this is already visible through new beginnings, unexpected changes, people moving onto different paths, and a clearer separation between realities that no longer resonate with each other.

The changes in collective consciousness, together with the changes each of us has made within our own field, have opened access to a new level of energy.

This new frequency carries a very pure quality. When you connect with it, it can touch something deep inside you, almost like the strings of the soul itself, because the soul exists within the same higher dimensions from which these light packets are now becoming available to us.

Because it is so new and so powerful, people may respond to it very differently.

Some may feel joy, expansion, unusual clarity, sharper intuition, or a sudden rise in sensitivity to energy. You may start to perceive people and situations more clearly, feel the subtle world more strongly, or understand the deeper truth behind something without needing a logical explanation.

This is a sign of a stronger connection with your soul and with the inner state of Creator consciousness.

Others may feel anxiety or even fear at first. When human consciousness meets a frequency it has never known before, it may not understand what is happening. The intensity itself can feel overwhelming while the nervous system learns how to adapt to it and hold it.

These energies will also begin a deeper recalibration of the physical body. When they are consciously received and allowed into the field, the adjustment gradually moves through the entire system, from consciousness and the subtle bodies into physical processes.

Pay close attention to what you feel today.

If something brings you real joy, expansion, or a sense of being more alive, that may be your soul showing you the people, places, experiences, and directions that are aligned with you now.

And if you feel unexplained sadness, anxiety, or heaviness, even when everything looks fine on the outside, listen to that too. It may be a sign that a certain experience has reached completion, or that some part of your life is no longer aligned with who you are becoming.

Today, unexpectedly, I found myself in that second group. These new energies reached very deep layers in my own field and brought up something I thought I had already worked through, showing me clearly where something can no longer continue in the old way.

What helped me return quickly to my center was remembering one of the most important truths: I am the sole creator of my reality, and I am 100% responsible for what happens within my hologram. The moment we return to that state, take back our power, and consciously recode what we are creating, everything begins to shift, first in the inner state, then in the outer field.

I share this with you as a reminder: whatever rises for you now, remember who you are.
You are powerful Creators, and much more is possible than the human mind can see.

And many of you are Starseed souls of immense power, souls that have already lived through incarnations and tests so vast that the small struggles of daily life on Earth become easy to smile at.

On Sunday, July 19th, the Barbault Basket with Jupiter, planet of blessings, and the outer planets of Uranus, planet of awakening, Neptune, ruler of imagination, and Pluto, ruler of transformation, is starting to form. 54 moons ago I was blessed with the presence of a PRAYING MANTIS on my back fence – and 45 moons ago on KIN 222 a young Mantis was perched atop my Hills Hoist (washing line). The baby Mantis I had seen a few months earlier had now grown into a young adult!

MANTIS is a SIGN that we need to be STILL, patient and fully present in the NOW moment, to connect with and hear the messages from Spirit..
