At this time of great planetary reconfiguration and personal transfiguration, the importance of timelines, galactic, genetic, and epigenetic clearing is of utmost importance. Many of you have done extensive healing work, having healed the majority, if not all, of what you used to constantly repeat, whether habits, lower thoughts, or any other pattern that interferes with your evolutionary process.

During this time, when many of you are transfiguring your three-dimensional chakras, many patterns will resurface, not because you have not worked on yourself, but because the more you heal, the more you are ready to confront and overcome your residual baggage and simultaneous one, allowing all that is not yet unified to come to the surface.

This is a gift for us to be able to continue transcending an old timeline. Many of you, as I often see in sessions, have inserts, often infused with false programs about who you are and your mission, which is why you can proceed until you consciously remove them. Inserts that implant you with false past lifetime experiences, beliefs about who you are and who you are not, and many other influences to distract you from your main purpose and nature.

However, other times, many of you believe it is others or negativity, and it is not; it is about epigenetics, which is of utmost importance to be clear as well, for us to walk as sovereigns. Once we have taken responsibility for our self-created patterns, if certain habits or ways of thinking continue blocking our path is due to the importance of epigenetics, which cannot be denied in our healing journey, as epigenetics is key when we are healing patterns that are not ours to carry, as they are not part of us, but of our ancestors, having been inherited through many generations.

Epigenetics studies the changes in gene expression that do not alter the sequence of DNA. It is the ability of our genes to adapt to our mother’s body, to the beliefs we are given, to the environment, and its social/religious programs we have been raised with.

Many of you are trying to heal these repetitive patterns in the wrong ways, for they are not part of you, but attached to you. Nervous system reprogramming through somatic healing exercises is pivotal, as well as acupuncture, brain and DNA rehabilitation, and all you are guided to treat for your personal situation, is key to starting the process of reprogramming.

Some of these patterns can be religious programs, sexual repression, poverty consciousness, and many others that have molded us negatively or limitedly.

Epigenetics is so important that many of you who have done IVF, for example, find out when giving birth that your children are physically similar to you, when it is not genetically yours. That is how relevant it is to comprehend the environment we are in and how it affects us. That is how powerful our DNA is, that it adapts to where it is, without judgment.

We all can re-adapt ourselves, our beliefs, and our brains, as our brains are also malleable.

If you are experiencing these strong patterns, you do not know yet how to heal; they could be epigenetic. Then, you need to start shifting the environment that is affecting you. If this happens in the moment, understanding by the environment anything that is causing this shift in the expression of your genes, or if it is in the past, reprogram yourself so your genes re-adapt again to a new command.
