Awakening to Truth can often feel very disorienting, part of deep personal change can feel like life is stripping things away faster than it is giving anything back.

When you grow internally, your values shift, your boundaries change, your awareness deepens, relationships that once felt natural will start to feel out of sync. Sometimes people drift, sometimes the dynamic changes, and sometimes you simply don’t have the same capacity to play the role you used to, like always being the one giving advice and holding space for others.

The ascension path often brings a paradoxical phase where the expanding awareness of higher realms is followed by a deep sense of loneliness. This feeling can be unsettling, as though the connection to Source / the spiritual world has somehow dimmed or slipped away.

This perceived disconnection is not a true separation, it is an internal experience rather than a spiritual reality. At the soul level, connection is constant and unbreakable, but the human aspect of the journey may temporarily lose the felt sense of that unity. This stage can feel like walking without guidance, as if the support once so vivid has gone quiet.

However, this phase serves a profound purpose. It is a refining period designed to strengthen inner trust, resilience, and self-reliance. Rather than depending on external validation or constant spiritual reassurance, you are being guided to anchor your belief within yourself.

This does not diminish your connection to the spiritual realm, instead, it deepens it in a more stable and enduring way. When the sense of connection returns and it always does it feels far stronger, clearer and more grounded, far less fragile. What once flickered now becomes steady, because it is based not only in experience, but in embodied knowing.

That doesn’t make the loneliness any less real. Being “the strong one” or the guide for others can quietly become isolating, especially when you’re the one who needs support and there’s no obvious place to receive it.

You are in a transition, not a loss of connection forever, It might feel like people are falling away, but often this phase is more like a clearing. The new connections, ones that match who you’re becoming, usually come after this in-between period, not during it. Unfortunately, the in-between can feel at times empty.

You are used to being the support system, If you are always offering guidance, people can unconsciously rely on that version of you and not realise you need care too. It might help to gently experiment with letting others see that side, even just a little.

Dear friends, as we move into the final day of March and draw closer to tomorrow’s Full Moon in Libra, many may begin to feel that certain things are simply getting harder to carry in the same way. Not because anything is “wrong,” but because the light is getting stronger, the mirror is getting closer, and what is out of balance often becomes much harder to comfortably ignore.

This may feel even more amplified right now because the Sun has just produced another strong X class solar flare and the field is already responding. So if things feel louder, more charged, more emotionally revealing, or more energetically demanding, that is not imagined. There is real activity moving through the atmosphere now, and for many sensitives that can make everything feel a little more immediate.

This is why today may feel so revealing. The approaching Full Moon in Libra is not only about harmony. It is also about what can no longer pretend to be harmony. Over-accommodation. One-sided effort. Emotional strain disguised as patience. Energetic overgiving disguised as love. The closer this Full Moon gets, the harder it may become to keep calling something balanced when your body already knows it is not.

For many, this may also show up physically, especially if you are more energy-sensitive. Things like broken sleep, vivid dreams, pressure in the head, tiredness, emotional tenderness, restlessness, or simply a stronger need for quiet and containment may be more noticeable now. The field is real. Your response to it may simply be making certain truths louder.

This is also why this moment matters so much. We are not only ending a month. We are crossing from March’s 3 frequency into April’s 4 frequency. So what has been stirring, surfacing, and moving may now begin asking for stronger roots, clearer structure, and a more honest arrangement of life. Graduating from Ancestral Karmic Loops

This week is the completion of karmic relationship loops passed down through the family tree, ending your assignment of clearing narcissistic abuse from your lineage.

The karmic loops were created from separation, to separate you from yourself, and from Source. Being attracted to narcissists, people with addictions, and emotional havoc has been the relationship agenda against God’s family genes, the God Gene. The trauma bond was created, and passed down generationally. This created the karmic loop of the narcissistic co-dependant duality that you came here to end.

On Tuesday, March 31st, we are just one day away from the Full Moon in Libra. However, today, the empathic Moon, ruler of our inner emotional world, remains in Virgo, the Priestess, for almost the entire day.
