Physically, many may notice subtle shifts rather than dramatic sensations. There can be heaviness in the limbs, a desire to stretch or rest, changes in appetite, or the need for warmth and hydration. These are signs of the nervous system settling into a new baseline, recalibrating gently rather than through intensity.
