US SENATE TAKES UP CRYPTOCURRENCY LEGISLATION
H.R. 4763 passed Congress in late May, giving the US its first look at cryptocurrency legislation. The Senate has yet to act on any Cryptocurrency/Digital Assets bills so far, as Senator J.D. Vance (R-OH) is drafting the legislation.
“On June 26, Politico reported that Sen. J.D. Vance (R-OH) was circulating a draft of a digital assets bill he hopes to introduce in July. Vance’s bill would reportedly give crypto traders even more latitude than the Financial Innovation and Technology for the 21st Century Act (FIT21) passed by the House of Representatives last month.”
“And yet Vance’s bill reportedly takes “a more industry-friendly approach” than FIT21, which is saying something given that the passage of FIT21 sent champagne corks popping in the hallways of U.S. digital asset firms. Vance’s bill would reportedly “take a simpler approach to determining which digital assets the SEC would oversee compared to the CFTC.”

MICA AND STABLECOIN RESTRICTIONS
“Some media reports have raised concerns about stablecoin limits under the European Union’s Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCAR). The stablecoin elements of the regulation came into force at the end of June. The regulation does have some draconian limits at which point a stablecoin must cease activity. The European Banking Authority has relaxed the rules in its final iteration.”

Crypto-friendly Silvergate Bank pays $63 million to settle charges with SEC, Fed and California regulator.
Silvergate executives were aware of “critical deficiencies” in the bank’s anti-money laundering protections, the SEC alleged.
Silvergate Bank’s parent company has settled charges with the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Federal Reserve and the California Department of Financial Protection and Innovation, alleging that it failed to maintain an adequate anti-money laundering program and made misleading disclosures about the program’s effectiveness.
The SEC also charged former Silvergate executives. Former CEO Alan Lane and former COO Kathleen Fraher agreed to settlements, while former CFO Antonio Martino denied the allegations.

Coinbase Files Motion to Enforce Judge’s Ruling in Binance Case: Secondary Market Transactions Not Securities
The SEC is suing Coinbase for selling unregistered securities, but the definition of a security under U.S. law is unclear when applied to cryptocurrencies, according to Coinbase.
Coinbase uses Judge Jackson’s ruling to advocate for consistent application of securities law to cryptocurrencies.
The motion calls for clarity on the application of the Howey test to crypto transactions.

CFTC Announces Supervisory Stress Test Results
The Commodity Futures Trading Commission today issued the Supervisory Stress Test of Derivatives Clearing Organizations: Reverse Stress Test Analysis and Results, a report detailing the results of its fourth Supervisory Stress Test (SST) of derivatives clearing organization (DCO) resources. Among other findings, the 2024 report concluded that the DCOs studied hold sufficient financial resources to withstand many extreme and often implausible price shocks.
The Risk Surveillance Branch of the Division of Clearing and Risk conducts periodic SSTs to assess how DCOs might perform under extreme stress. The team previously conducted SSTs in 2016, 2017 and 2019. The 2019 SST included a reverse stress testing component, and this 2024 SST is a major expansion of that, which includes nine DCOs, representing 11 clearing services across four asset classes (futures and options on futures, cleared interest rate swaps, credit default swaps and foreign exchange products).
The purpose of the analysis was twofold: (1) to identify hypothetical combinations of extreme market shocks, concomitant with varying numbers of clearing member (CM) defaults, that would deplete prefunded resources (DCO committed capital and default fund) and unfunded resources available to DCOs (this represents the reverse stress test component), and (2) to analyze the impacts of the DCO’s use of mutualized resources on non-defaulting CMs.

Julian Assange is free. After spending more than 5 years in prison. He was granted bail by the High Court in London and released at Stansted Airport, where he boarded a plane and left the UK.
Humans are mentally programmed, which has led to the problems of human greed and power. The cabal essentially objectified men. They believed that men had more rights than women.
Later, they created the marriage system to control people, which made people selfish and corrupt. They created the reproductive system that led to power. People competed with each other in binary opposition. They created foods and things in nature that man should not have adapted to.
The credit market drives the entire economy, where all types of debt—government, consumer, and corporate—are bought and sold. Because the credit market is not as stimulating as the stock market, investors often ignore it altogether.
The last financial crisis in 2008 started with a type of consumer debt, subprime mortgages. These started to get worse, leading to a massive sell-off of bad debts. It is important to understand what is happening in the markets. The credit market is the largest financial market in the world and drives the entire economy. It is highly cyclical.
When interest rates are low and credit is cheap, there is a boom. When interest rates rise and credit becomes tighter, crises occur. Since the 2008 financial crisis, credit has been kept cheap and readily available. This has led to the largest corporate debt overhangs ever recorded in the current credit cycle.
When the credit market starts to turn around, as more and more high-yielding corporate junk debt turns negative, the next crisis will be triggered. Whatever the timing, the end of cash is a certainty.
The economic law of fair exchange, which requires only things of real value as money, cannot be overturned. The chaos that will one day result from our 55-year experiment with global fiat money will require a return to money with real value, which the QFS is prepared for.
We will know that the day is coming when oil-producing countries will demand gold or its equivalent for their oil, instead of dollars or euros. This is happening now as a result of the BRICS initiatives.

President Trump will be back soon and within 12 hours of his announcement, our world will begin to change. Everything has been completed for NESARA/GESARA payments, including the announcement of GESARA through some media outlets, making it legal. All debts of several nations, including the United States, have been paid with GESARA funds raised by the Cabal.
GESARA has begun paying out in several countries, while payments to U.S. citizens are on schedule.
Global currency reset payments have been authorized, scheduled and communicated. Some Tier 3 Zim holders are said to be in Reno now to meet with their asset managers and proceed with the redemption process.
