Friends, how are you feeling today?

The field has been relatively quiet for the past few days, with only a few high-frequency impulses moving through the space. But today, a new powerful wave of downloads has begun, carrying what I read as a new order and a new quality of energy.

As humanity, we have reached a new level. A new quality of energy has become available to us, and I believe that from now on, future downloads will carry elements of these new, much higher-frequency codes.

And yet, when energies of such high frequency arrive, carrying the energy of the Absolute, light, love, and purity, you might expect everyone to feel peaceful and blissful.

Instead, many people are going through painful personal transformations.

The collective field is also being shaken, and what I have been warning about for the past months is becoming increasingly visible in world events. Tension is growing, existing conflicts are intensifying, and this intensity will continue to increase.

So why does more light sometimes bring more intensity instead of peace?

Because light reveals everything that is not light.

The higher the frequency and informational capacity of the light codes entering our field, the deeper they can penetrate into the layers of our consciousness and energy structures.

And this is exactly what is happening now. These new frequencies are reaching places within us that previous waves could not reach. They illuminate what was hidden there: old fears, inner conflicts, trauma, suppressed emotions, limiting programs, and every place where we have been deceiving ourselves, betraying our own truth, or living a life that is no longer aligned with who we truly are.

This is why many people may now experience anxiety, emotional waves, the feeling that their old foundations are disappearing while the new ones are not yet fully formed, a sudden desire to change everything, or, on the contrary, a need to withdraw from the world. Something deeper has simply been touched by the light.

And the same process is happening in the collective field. The light reaches deeper layers there too, bringing unresolved tensions, conflicts, fears, and contradictions to the surface. What has been hidden or suppressed becomes increasingly difficult to contain.

The intensity of events on Earth will continue to grow. We also see that the downloads become more frequent and more powerful, and their quality will continue to change.

For those of you who work as channels, who hold space for others, guide, heal, teach, or simply carry more light in your daily life, this period can feel especially heavy. Your system is built to sense and process more than most, so you often absorb the intensity of the field before you even understand what you are feeling.

Many of you are Starseeds who came here with a specific role in this transition, and that role is asking more of you now than it has before.

It is useless to look for stability outside. We find true stability by remembering ourselves as part of the Creator, carrying that power within us, and learning to live from this state as often as possible.

To live from our essence, stay connected with our higher aspects, and at the same time remain deeply anchored in our body and in the planet is the foundation for a happy, healthy, rich, and abundant life on Earth during these times.

For the past month, we’ve been watching history being written in the sky. The outer planets have arranged themselves into an extraordinary pattern that will continue unfolding well beyond this season. The exact connections among these slower-moving planets, have already changed our landscape. We’re no longer waiting for the story to begin. We’re now living within its opening chapter.

Today, however, the atmosphere shifts.

The Sun leaves the sign of Cancer and enters Leo, joining Jupiter, which entered the sign at the end of June. Meaningful timing as Jupiter arrived in Leo carrying the promise of growth, confidence, creativity, and expansion, yet it did so while the Sun was still traveling through Cancer — a season that naturally turns our attention inward. As the Sun returns to the sign it rules, it brings light to what Jupiter has already begun. Possibilities that have been slowly taking shape over the past month become easier to recognize, and the direction ahead begins to come into clearer focus.

That shift arrives after what has been, for many people, an especially reflective Cancer season. Mercury retrograde has retraced its steps through Cancer, where there’s been revisiting of old conversations, memories, relationships, and emotional patterns. Combined with the Cancer New Moon and the remarkable outer-planet alignments, the past several weeks have slowed us down long enough to understand where we are before deciding where we want to go.

As the Sun enters Leo today and Mercury stations direct tomorrow, the emphasis begins to change. Reflection gradually gives way to participation. Expansive, generous, and creative, Leo is the fifth sign of the Zodiac and the second fire sign. The first six signs of the Zodiac focus on the growth and development of the individual. Leo is the first time we have a whole and complete person, and this individual needs recognition and acknowledgement. It is not surprising that so many people in the performing arts have strong Leo energy in their personality. There is often a “Look at me!” quality to Leo expression.

In Shamanic Egyptian Astrology, Leo is allied with young Anubis struggling to come to terms with his abandonment by his mother. Anubis is the product of a tryst between Nephthys and Osiris, consort to Isis. When Nephthys gives birth, she knows she cannot take her baby home because her consort – the Warrior King Set – will kill him. She takes Anubis into the desert and leaves him. The story has a happy ending; Isis – twin sister of Nephthys and consort of Osiris – scoops baby Anubis up and raises him as her own. She teaches him the magical arts and prepares him for his Soul Purpose, to serve as a guide to the underworld for the newly deceased.

Before Anubis can serve in this role, he must release his emotional attachment to his childhood wounding. He must go through a process – do his personal work, in modern terms. He comes to understand that rather than seeking the recognition and acknowledgment of others he must recognize and acknowledge himself.

Herein lies the deeper meaning of the sign Leo. Leo natives are generous with praise of others because they understand what it is to be ignored, unseen, and to feel uncherished. We cannot undo the hurts of the past. But we can learn to acknowledge and cherish ourselves. This is the challenge – and the opportunity – of Leo.
