There is nothing you need to do for this ceremony other than be aware that we are sending you our Love, Blessings and Healing Universal Life Force at the time of 2:22 PM PST on the 28th. The ceremony will last 30 to 45 minutes. It will be beneficial if you meditate at the time or be out in nature if you can, but it is not necessary.
