A new feeling. A growing sense that something is changing, even if it cannot yet be fully explained. Often these shifts begin long before they become visible in the outer world.
As we move closer to the Solstice, some people may also notice physical experiences accompanying periods of emotional, mental, or energetic change. These can vary widely from person to person and may include unusual dreams, changes in sleep patterns, temporary fatigue, heightened sensitivity, fluctuations in energy levels, moments of mental fog followed by clarity, increased emotional awareness, a desire for greater solitude, or a growing need to simplify and reorganize certain areas of life. While such experiences can arise for many different reasons, they often encourage us to slow down, listen more carefully, and pay attention to what our body, mind, and heart may be trying to communicate.
It can be easy to look for visible signs that progress is occurring. Evidence. Confirmation. Certainty. Yet life often asks for trust before the results become obvious.
