You have been taught to experience yourself as someone moving through reality, responding to what appears, adapting to what unfolds. This is one layer of perception. It is the 3D orientation, where the environment seems to lead and the inner state follows.
We invite you now into another way of being, one where you recognize that you are the one generating the field you walk in.
Each moment, your mind moves, your attention shifts, your awareness touches thoughts, impressions, emotions. With each of these, a subtle tone is formed. A frequency arises.
