You might have the impression that contact is something that will happen in the future, yet it has always been happening on some level. At times it occurred on a larger scale, such as during the time of ancient Egypt. Yes, much of your history has been altered or deleted. At other times contact happened in different ways, not with the majority, but with those who carried the galactic frequencies within them.
For a very long time we could not even allow our presence to be felt clearly, as many of your leaders intervened and prevented this connection. They were afraid. They believed they were protecting their version of free will, yet they understood very little about the cosmic game and had seen very little beyond the realm of Earth.

Dear friends, after the intensity many sensitives have been feeling recently through the nervous system, emotional field, sleep cycles, Schumann activity, solar energies, and deeper energetic processing, tonight may feel very different for many people. The body may no longer be asking for more stimulation, more information, more pushing, or more analysis. Instead, it may simply be asking for gentleness.
For many, the last several days may have created a buildup of emotional pressure, mental overstimulation, energetic exhaustion, sleep disruption, body heaviness, nervous system fatigue, emotional sensitivity, or the feeling of carrying too much internal activity for too long without fully resetting. Even when the mind wants to continue moving forward, the body sometimes reaches a point where it quietly asks for restoration first.
This is important to understand during periods of accelerated energetic change. The nervous system does not integrate intensity endlessly without consequences. The body also needs softness, grounding, nourishment, hydration, warmth, emotional safety, and periods where it can stop bracing against life long enough to recalibrate.
Tonight as the week begins may be less about “doing” and more about listening. Listening to what the body has been trying to communicate underneath the noise. Listening to where exhaustion may have been ignored. Listening to where emotional pressure may have accumulated. Listening to where the nervous system may simply need more care, steadiness, and support.
You do not always need to force yourself into the next version of your life through pressure. Sometimes the deepest transformation begins when the body finally feels safe enough to soften, breathe, regulate, and receive support again.
