Dear friends, as we move closer to the Full Moon in Libra on April 1, many may begin to notice that the field is not only becoming more revealing. It may also be becoming more permeable. More emotionally charged. More sensitive. More likely to amplify what is already present. And in times like this, protection matters. Not fear. Not isolation. Protection.

This is often where people become confused. They think protection means closing the heart, becoming distant, or cutting themselves off from life. But true energetic protection is not hardening. It is discernment. It is containment. It is knowing how to stay connected to yourself when the atmosphere around you is getting louder.

For many, this approaching Full Moon may already be heightening sensitivity to imbalance, overgiving, emotional strain, social noise, or the subtle drain of certain interactions. You may notice tiredness after being around the wrong energy, a stronger need for quiet, a lower tolerance for scattered environments, or the sense that your system is asking for more care than usual. That is not weakness. That is information.
