Dear friends, we are just a few days from the Spring/Fall Equinox of March 19-20. Those of you who are energy sensitive may be sensing the increased energetic pressure in the air, and within your bodies.
The Equinox is a time in the year when night and day are most nearly the same length. If you live in the northern hemisphere, you will be welcoming spring season, while in the southern hemisphere, the equinox corresponds to the first day of fall. Our bodies and energy fields are extremely connected to the core of our planet, and this connection affects and supports our evolutionary journey.
These days pre-equinox may feel physically challenging for many of you, as our whole being is trying to find a new level of inner balance. Male and female energies are being reset within us, our nervous system is also pushing for a more coherent way of relating and adapting to this changing world.
Each time we approach the Equinox is a new opportunity for us to let go of unnecessary situations that keep us out of balance and out of sync with our true Self. These situations could be unhealthy habits, relationships, jobs, behavioral patterns, etc. Moving into this new and higher state of balance requires energy, time, and patience. Our bodies may feel fatigued, needing more rest and relaxation. Our nervous system is being energetically rewired and reconnected to make room for new circuits and patterns more aligned with a more expanded state of consciousness. The two brain hemispheres are finding a new way of interacting and working in unison. This could create a sense of disorientation, lack of concentration, memory issues, vivid dreams, and sleep disturbances. Please give yourself time to rest if needed. Digestive issues may also come up as part of a clearing process.
This year has been quite intense energetically speaking. The increase in frequencies has been almost constant so far on this Dragon year. Our Sun is also waking up from a little nap, as we are having some incoming solar wind today.
The eclipse season, starting a week after the Equinox, will also be packed with more revelations and insights about our new paths and ways of being. The split is totally sobering.
We had taken a hallucinating poison.

As ascending souls many of you find yourselves immersed in a phase of galactic lineage clearing. Back in February, I wrote:” In March, the seismic power of a Super Moon, the Aries Equinox and the first Eclipse of 2024 are going to be an incredible catalyst out of past conditioning into the power of conscious choice.”
And so it is …The Pisces Super Moon changed the frequency-everything feels different, including time itself. At a lower level, so many are drowning in delusion, ignorance, apathy, addiction and social media fabrication and distortion.
This week and beyond, the timelines shift then shift again starting at the Aries Equinox in the seismic field of the eclipse tunnel between March 25-April 8th- a time warp of fractals, non- linear events and Chironic life shocks.
